The experience was smooth and relaxed, with Ian maintaining a helpful, approachable attitude throughout. Alex Paszkowski, the finance manager, helped me get settled up. In the days prior to purchasing the vehicle, Ian and other sales team members were exceptionally helpful and responsive by email. When I sent questions about the vehicle, I received professional, high-quality, accurate responses within minutes, not hours. When I arrived at the dealership to view the vehicle, the sales staff were warm and attentive. Ian was especially wonderful. He was an excellent communicator, provided top shelf service, answered all of my questions, and was responsive to my concerns in the purchase process. I never felt any sales pressure and I felt like I could have declined the purchase at any time in the process. I was offered a fair price for my trade-in, and treated with all the professionalism one should expect when purchasing a car.
