I have been a customer of this VW Dealership in Evanston since 2020 and they have always treated me very well. Recently, I had a very positive experience again when I decided to re-lease my Tiguan and upgra since 2020 and they have always treated me very well. Recently, I had a very positive experience again when I decided to re-lease my Tiguan and upgrade to the new 2026 model. The entire process was smooth, easy, and handled very professionally. I especially appreciated the excellent customer service and support from my sales agent Narcis Agic throughout the process. I leased the vehicle end of July 2026 and waited a few weeks before sharing my review so I could properly experience the new Tiguan as well. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with both the service and the vehicle. The 2026 Tiguan offers significant technological and mechanical improvements over the previous model. I’ll also continue bringing my Tiguan to Evanston Volkswagen for periodic inspections and maintenance, where I’ve received excellent service with my previous vehicles over the years. - Murat More
