Umberto got me financing on shaky credit, with a low down payment and Tom Rice got me into the car I was loving but didn't think I could get. Everything was explained very clearly, no games, no drama, and none of the ugliness that I was dreading coming into a dealership. I checked the numbers - my vehicle cost me far less than retail, plus the bonus of "Warranty Forever." Which means that all I have to do is maintain my car, and my engine and drive train are warrantied forever....that's a relief an a world where we end up making payments and repair bills at the same time. Plus, my car is sporty, fuel efficient, and smart - a 2012 Hyundai Elantra! I LOVE my car and I LOVE Royal Kia! Thanks Guys! More

We tried working with that dealership to get it corrected but it seemed that they were not committed to helping us. All we wanted to do was put this bad deal behind us and return one of the vehicles for one that was more reliable and would suit our needs. We gave them specific criteria that we were looking for and instead it seemed they were determined to force us into something that THEY thought was right for us.This went on for about a month until a friend recommended Royal KIA to us. I agreed with Maria our salesperson, Royal KIA should have been where we went to first. Maria, Beto and Lu understood and listened to what we were looking for. There was a time when I was about to give up because we were having difficulty finding the right car at a payment that we could afford, but Maria and Lu were committed and continued to work hard to find something that would work for us. We went to Royal KIA expecting to get into a reliable used car, instead they were able to get us into a brand new 2015 Sorento (THAT WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!) at a payment that was affordable and at a lower interest rate than we had on our other vehicles that we purchased at the other dealership! Thank you Royal KIA!! More

The end result of my "Royal" experience was great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle. A friend of mine had worked for the dealership some years ago a great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle.
