Our family has dealt with the Royal dealer family for years and have always had a pleasant experience. Yes, dealing with a car dealer can be pleasant! We have nothing but high praise for Humberto and t years and have always had a pleasant experience. Yes, dealing with a car dealer can be pleasant! We have nothing but high praise for Humberto and the overall Royal Kia family. We do extensive research prior to purchasing/selling a car, and the price on our new Kia was very fair. The price offered for our older vehicle (not a trade--Royal offers a purchase price for your used vehicle that is not connected to the price on the vehicle you want to purchase) was higher than we expected. We love the way Royal does business--the price is the price, and there isn't the unpleasant haggling over price or trade-in. We wish all dealers operated this way--no anger or frustration, and no feeling that anyone was trying to rip you off. Fair prices, great Kia products, and pleasant salespeople: who could ask for more. Oh, and previous experience with Royal's service center has always been great! More

Probably the best and easiest car buying experience I'll ever have. Nice inventory, no pressure, very helpful staff. Humberto seemed knowledgeable about the cars and was very low-key. My purchase of a new car at Royal Kia was a very positive experience. Our salesman, Humberto Rodriguez was very knowledegable of the product, answered all of our questions and did not pressure us to buy. He experience. He put together a "great" deal and allowed us to make our own decision. The sales manager and facility manager stopped by and greeted us and presented my wife with a dozen roses, this is service "above and beyond" as far as I am concerned. I have every confidence that any problems that I have with my new car will be met with the same degree of professional attention to detail. More

Over the last 30 years my husband & I have purchased several vehicles from various dealerships across the U.S.A.. We purchased our first Kia (Optima LX) in 2008. Royal Kia of Tucson is the first (and on several vehicles from various dealerships across the U.S.A.. We purchased our first Kia (Optima LX) in 2008. Royal Kia of Tucson is the first (and only) dealership that made the purchasing process actually pleasant! There's none of the typical "haggling" back and forth - their friendly & professional sales consultants ask all the right questions and (most importantly) they actually listen to customers' answers & preferences. During our first purchase from Royal (as we waited for some final paperwork) we were invited to join the Tucson team for lunch that was provided by the owner. Then, as we were leaving, our sales consultant handed me a dozen roses, which was such a lovely & totally unexpected surprise! We have been so impressed with Royal that when we started looking for a new vehicle last week, we of course returned to Humberto R. to purchase the 2012 Soul. For the sale price, the features on the basic 2012 Soul are certainly impressive (bluetooth, cruize control, etc.)& as if that weren't enough, the 1st service is free! For the three yrs we owned the Optima, Royal Kia of Tucson performed all of the regularly scheduled maintenance, in addition to a couple other minor services. Craig (one of the best service managers ANYWHERE) is knowledgeable and friendly. Craig & the service team have gone out of their way to keep the car running in tip-top shape and have never attempted to sell me goods or services that I didn't need, which is so refreshing. We will definately take the new Soul to Royal for all service. It's the little things ... Part of what makes Royal Kia of Tucson unique, is the special attention paid by every member of the team to customer recognition & complete satifaction. For example, Humberto (our sales consultant) has actually called to wish me a happy birthday every year; then every time I take the vehicle in for service, Craig always takes the time either at the beginning of the visit or at the end to say hello & inquire as to how things are going - not just with the car, but with me as a person. If you value quality, service & sincerity, I absolutely recommend Royal Kia of Tucson. Once you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, you become a part of the Royal family - and it's not just lip-service. More

Royal Kia was great! They made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. We had never visited this dealership and we are sure glad that we decided to stop in. My wife and I began our car search in February 2011 and were interested in purchasing a mid-size sedan. We looked at many different models (Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Chrysler 200, etc.) and weren't even were interested in purchasing a mid-size sedan. We looked at many different models (Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Chrysler 200, etc.) and weren't even considering a Kia until we visited their website. Based on what we saw online, we decided to take a look at the newly redesigned Optima. Because Royal Kia happened to be near the Chrysler dealer, we stopped there on our way back home. I am certainly glad we did. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Trey (the manager) and, because they didn't have a sales person available (there were customers everywhere), he let us take an Optima EX on a test drive by ourselves! Once we got back to the dealership, Trey introduced us to Humberto and we talked further about the car. There was absolutely no pressure to buy a vehicle and it was very obvious that Royal Kia is there to help customers make good car-buying decisions and make sure that customers are completely satisfied. During our first visit we told Humberto we were interested in the EX Turbo and he said that he would give us a call as soon as one came in. A couple of weeks later the phone rang and it was Humberto doing exactly what he said he would do. So, my wife and I drove back up to Royal Kia and test drove an EX Turbo. They also had an SX that came in at the same time and we were able to see that as well. Once we drove the EX, the EX Turbo, and saw the SX, my wife decided on a Platinum Graphite SX with the Premium Touring Package and the Technology Package. Humberto said that he would check the system and see if one was available. Unfortunately there were none slated for import yet, so he said that he would do what he could to find us one. Over the course of the next couple of months we found out that Kia was not making many SX models, especially those with both packages and in Platinum Graphite. Royal Kia even got the regional manufacturer's representative involved, but there was nothing anyone could do but wait. Humberto bugged Trey every week about our car and they finally saw one make it into the system during mid-May. At that point they called and made sure that it was coming to their dealership. Humberto kept an eye on the lot every day looking for the truck to come in with our car on it. In fact, he was driving down the road to lunch when he saw the truck go by. He immediately called us, told us it was in, and we made an appointment to come in and take care of the actual purchase. When we arrived on Saturday, the car was under the awning and Humberto was putting the final detailing touches on it. It looked amazing and Humberto was extremely happy to finally be able to put us in the car we wanted. We took it for a drive and then came back to take care of the paperwork. As we were doing that, Humberto presented my wife with a dozen red roses, the service manager came out and gave us a goodie bag of products including a free oil change, and Trey thanked us profusely for being patient while they found our car. The numbers were fantastic on both the purchase of the new car and the trade-in and required no haggling at all. This was absolutely the best car-buying experience we've ever had and the car is phenomenal! Royal Kia is definitely there to make people happy and provide them with a car-buying experience that is both pleasant and second-to-none. If you're even considering buying a car, go to Royal Kia first. You won't be disappointed. More
