We live in Chandler AZ and we visited a few other dealers in the valley, so I was expecting that pricing is done to attract a buyer to come to a dealership and haggle to death. I was afraid to learn that its "conditional" pricing that I don't qualify, the numbers will get changed once we apply, and that there are hidden items like dealer options that are not included into advertised price. I came out totally happy. 1.Internet price matched the price listed on the window stickers. 2.Price was adequate and I would say it was low compared to stickers in other dealerships. 3.My total price for both out of the door and grand total turned out to be lower than quoted, I felt comfortable to explore other options like trade in, without hurting my grand total number. 4.Humberto stood up behind his words, quotes, and the way it works in Royal Kia, and he made me feel that they apply these same clear transparent and honest rules consistently for everything that they do. As a result I enjoy our new Kia Niro and the way it was bought. I wish Royal Kia a success, I recommend it to the friends, I would not hesitate to come buy another car here, these guys are pleasure to do business with, they esteem and appreciate themselves and hence they esteem and appreciate people that come to them. Its not just someone, thats how they make the team to work. Come meet them and you wont be disappointed. More

I was never once pressured to commit to any decision in haste – both were very respectful, and went out of their way to accommodate my tight schedule. I was really not even considering a Kia when I stepped onto the lot – I stopped to check out their used car inventory, and stayed because both Everett and Tara provided a style of service that is so rarely offered in the automobile industry. I am very attached to Royal Kia and have dealt with them for a really long time, and let me put it this way. I DIDN'T EVEN LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. You just don't need to. What for? Hassle-free pricing, non-commissioned sales consultants and warranties everywhere, whether it's a new car or not. And talk about sales. I could've gone with anyone and it would've been good. I went with Melissa, and it was great. We've known each other for a while now, and I was lucky to work with her. Talk about stress-free environment. She really just wants you to have a great time, yet she's courteous and professional, and she really knows her stuff. Anyways, going long again. I'll leave it here, with one final thought. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle and for ONCE you'd like to be excited about the process... GO to Royal Kia, and ask for Melissa when you get there. More

We decided to come in and lucky for us Anchoret greeted us. She is a darling, very sweet, but most importantly very knowledgeable about the vehicles. We already did our research on the car but Anchoret taught us a bunch more and answered every question we had. We never felt pressure during the process, and Lu, Umberto, and the team were accommodating in getting the vehicle we wanted. More
