I was really impressed with the no pressure approach to car buying provided by Matt our sales person. His knowledge of the Kia line of vehicles was amazing. After a brief conversation he showed me the exact vehicle I had been thinking of based on my extensive research. After a test drive I decided this was the car I wanted. The sales process was fair, smooth, and easy with no up selling or passing me off to another person to close the deal. Matt handled every detail himself including the DMV part and notifying my auto insurance company. I am now a Royal Kia customer for life. More

After the sale We had to work very hard to get a "SD" card that was missing-it made the GPS navigation system unworkable. Nick did not return numerous calls and texts and only when i contacted a manager and their online "chat" did we receive the missing item. It clearly was not checked either by their service department or by the salesperson. The poor response to our calls and text made a very good buying experience into an average one. I should not have to "go over someones head" to get a responce especially after handing them a very large check for a vehicle. Hence 3 stars-it could have been 5. More

Second Time Around I must comment. I purchased a used 2013 Kia Soul in 2014. I crashed my car in late September this year. My sales rep in 2014 had shown a great deal of I must comment. My sales rep in 2014 had shown a great deal of patience and consideration with me and I was a bit saddened to find he is no longer at Royal Kia. Tom Rice, however, was just as tremendous! I already had a vehicle in line to purchase at another dealership, I had my heart set on a truck or 6 cylinder SUV, but felt I owed a visit to Royal Kia to see if any trucks were on the lot. I set up a time with Tom and his attentive but no pressure sales skills calmed me. As he was retrieving the Nissan Frontier on your lot for a test drive, I noticed the 2017 Kia Soul at my side. I thought, the Soul was a great car, - in fact the only service calls were routine maintenance and a battery. The Royal Kia service group is courteous and direct - and the visits to the dealership were always a pleasant experience. After discussing further with Tom about my needs, I decided the 2017 Soul was my best option. I left more satisfied and loyal a customer than when I came in. My financing terms were unbelievably great, but more importantly I feel part of the Royal Kia family and foresee the dealership to be my only dealership for my auto purchases. More

Juan greeted us when we stopped by and I don't think you can find a nicer salesperson anywhere. We were so impressed by what this dealership has to offer and Juan found us some great vehicles to look at. We ended up buying a Kia Sportage that is the perfect fit for our family and even got a monthly payment well under what we were expecting. Whenever we can get to the point of getting a 2nd vehicle, we will definitely go to Juan and I am telling everyone I know that if they need a new vehicle.. go see him! We really have felt like we have been welcomed into a family, not something you will find anywhere else! More

We loved how the information regarding their mission, the car details, financing and warranties were delivered... Very honest and to the point! We drove a Soul home for the night and that was it, we fell in love! We purchased two of them! The gave us 2 dozen long stem roses, took our photo and filled the gas tanks up and sent us on our way! Wow, what true treat! I highly recommend this establishment! More
