Vehicle Trade We traded in our 2011 Kia Soul for a used 2015 Kia Sorento. The trade in process was easy and simple. I set my purchase expectations with the sales pe We traded in our 2011 Kia Soul for a used 2015 Kia Sorento. The trade in process was easy and simple. I set my purchase expectations with the sales person and payment limitations from the start. It seemed the sales person was pressured to upsell additional coverages which would have doubled my monthly payment limitations. I felt as if I was being coerced to except these options that I clearly stated I did not want at multiple times during the sale. It was annoying and frustrating, After 6 hours we were ready to drive off the lot with a vehicle that had an empty tank of gas and a brake light that did not work. I chose Royal KIA because of the reliability but started to second guess my choice. I would think the vehicle would be fully inspected prior to turning it over to the customer. A week after driving the vehicle my wife was stranded with the kids and needed a jump start. I called KIA Service that was unable to get us in on short notice even though we were leaving for California the next day. And of course the next day 4th of July the battery was dead so I had to purchase a new battery from O'Reilly. Royal KIA Service was closed. Well let's hope for better times. More

He even arranged for us to borrow a car to make sure we could adjust to it. We were not using any buyers' service, but I felt we received a reasonable discount from MSRP. Overall, good experience, and we are happy with our new car. More

A fairly straightforward car-buying experience I seldom buy cars, but needed to purchase an "around town" car that would not represent much in the way of repairs for the next 4-5 years. Charles was a pretty upfront sort of fellow. I appreciated that the "evaluation" process on my trade-in resulted in a small discount to the before-tax price of the Kia Soul I purchased. Especially since the car I brought in would have sold for a comparable price had I decided to sell it on my own. Also appreciated: all the insurance-related stuff and the filing of a "vehicle sold" notice on the old car with Arizona's MVD.... all was handled that same afternoon. More

Between my family and the company I work for, our new 2018 Sorento is the 7th vehicle we've purchased or leased from Royal since 2010. Now that Beto has promoted to management, he now refers us to a salesperson when we come in, which is how we met Everett Griggs. Everett is a hard-working family man who is friendly, professional, and could probably pull off a 2nd job as a stand-up comedian. Being a vehicle enthusiast and very detail oriented, I fully realize that I can be a difficult customer, yet these guys worked well past closing time to get us what we needed. I have and would absolutely continue to recommend them and Royal to anyone. More
