Carlos Pineda I found Carlos most helpful in my recent visit to Kia to purchase my leased vehicle. We were simply reviewing several different dealer We were very fortunate to have Chris Valerio assist us in reviewing several of the Kia automobiles. We were simply reviewing several different dealers to select the best of the lot and get the best deal. Due to Chris Valerio's exemplary salesman abilities, his communication skills, outstanding knowledge of the Kia, great all around personality, and the Kia Sportage having all the specifications we were looking for, we decided to purchase the Kia Sportage the same day. Chris' superb patience with us (we are not technically savvy or even close to it), in showing us all the features of the car and how they worked is just a credit to his technical competency. We also worked with Humberto "Beto" Rodriguez in closing the deal. Humberto was very professional, very polite, and worked with us to complete the purchase. Kia worst experience with car and Customer service Normally I don’t do rants but wanted others to not make same mistake I did !! So loved my Kia Sportage 2014 until the last we’ll almost 2 yrs!! First Normally I don’t do rants but wanted others to not make same mistake I did !! So loved my Kia Sportage 2014 until the last we’ll almost 2 yrs!! First AC repair 4 times even was replaced now Kia has had my car over a month replacing my entire engine!! And even had to replace side door panel.. what was suppose to be 2 wks will be well at least 2 MONTHS!! Kia customer service is the worst and have had more bs games played and trying to delay everything as much as possible.. with constant escalations and nothing being done! When I did research on that yr vehicle there are 26 known issues with it! I have already had 3 starting at 35k miles and now not even at 50k! I am 24 hrs away at this point from having my attorney deal with this!! I have reviewed on US google as well as dealership and I will continue until I have resolution and someone that can do something reaches out to me Can’t wait to get my car back so I can trade it In for a reliable car a Honda Rant over More

Everett made the process painless! Dealing with a car dealership can be as painful as going to the dentist. This was the 4th dealership that we visited and we had an amazing experience Dealing with a car dealership can be as painful as going to the dentist. This was the 4th dealership that we visited and we had an amazing experience working with Everett Griggs. Everett was very professional and knowledgeable regarding our needs. He approached us with a demeanor that was respectful and courteous. He listened to our needs, asked clarifying questions and provided us with options based on our needs and our budget. He did not try to steer us to what we did not want or did not need. Through multiple test drives of vehicles, he patiently answered our questions and never appeared to be in a rush. When we finally made our decision, he guided us through the purchasing process with the same smile and winning personality five hours later. When we left, we had an unfinished item that needed to be resolved regarding the code to manually unlock our vehicle. He provided us with the answer within 24 hours. My wife and I would definitely recommend him again. I'm not sure if all of the sales persons at Royal Kia are on the same par as Everett - if they are, anybody looking to purchase a vehicle will be in very capable hands. In our frantic, warp speed world, few take the time to pause and really consider the needs of the customer. Royal Kia is a welcome exception to this rule. My purchase of a new car there went very smoothly, thanks especially to Tom Rice, who listened to me and exhibited friendliness and patience as we sorted through alternatives and arrived at exactly the right car to meet my immediate and future needs. Neither Tom, nor anyone else at the dealership, ever made me feel as if I was being pushed in a particular direction, and no one gave the impression that there selling a car was more important than my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Royal Kia — and Tom — to any of my friends who asked whether that is a good place to do business. I strongly suspect that in the not-too-distant future, my wife and I will be purchasing another car from Royal Kia. More
