Both Horacio and Bill Jordan were very welcoming and extremely professional in answering my questions and organizing my service at Audi. It is because of Bill Jordan that I chose Audi of San Diego. Bill assured me of the expert service and professional staff at Audi of San Diego. I have experienced exactly that! Bill introduced me to Horacio at my first time to Audi. When I called for the second maintence visit, I requested Horacio again and quickly it was arranged! Horacio greeted me and explained everything that would be done. He carefully looked over my car and asked what I planned to do while my car was worked on. He then so kindly made arrangements for a driver to take me to lunch. Bill Jordan came to welcome me and make sure everything was taken care of. Again, I am grateful Bill introduced me to Audi of San Diego! What an amazing professional staff! I will return again and again! More
