Professional and quality service Recently took my A3 in for a 45k service. I was immediately attended by a Service Greeter, who made sure i took all personal belongings needed before Recently took my A3 in for a 45k service. I was immediately attended by a Service Greeter, who made sure i took all personal belongings needed before leaving the vehicle. Soon after, my service consultant, Nacho, met me at the car. Checked it in and got a loaner vehicle in about 10 minutes. All personnel were professional and courteous. I received a call from Nacho a few hours later indicating the car was finished, but the technician found a fault in one of the sensors that could be an issue later. Upon arriving my car was ready and cleaned. Nacho explained my options for taking care of the issue, so I could starting planning. Overall, service was quick, yet thorough. Audi SD personnel were attentive and provided quality service. Good job! More

Great Service! Would highly recommend! Great employees that truly car about the condition on your car. My car was making noises and jumped whenever I would accelerate. Paul took me on a drive around the block to know exactly what was wrong with my car so they could properly inspect it. Nacho was great at keeping me updated on everything that was going on with my car. Would highly recommend!! More

Great customer service, mediocre service I have a 2015 A3. I had issues with my sunroof. It was rattling. I took my car to Audi San Diego to get it fixed. Horacio Mireles inspected my car and I have a 2015 A3. I had issues with my sunroof. It was rattling. I took my car to Audi San Diego to get it fixed. Horacio Mireles inspected my car and checked me in. I waited 4 hours in the dealership. Then I went back to service area to get an update. I was told the technician verified noise coming from headliner/sunroof area and they needed to keep my car for another day to work on it. So I got a loaner. The loaner car was so dirty. Couple days later I received a phone call from Scott Kealy. He said he was waiting for some parts related to my sunroof that was ordered for my car. He called me back when my car was ready. I went to dealership delivered the loaner and received my car. Before I left the service area I had inspected my car to see if everything is ok. My car wasn't washed and I found pieces of tapes inside my car. I noticed that they damaged some parts and my headliner, also there was a part wasn't replaced to its place correctly. It's fine these things may happen. I showed the damaged parts to Scott. He took pictures and ordered the new parts to replace the damaged ones. When I arrived home I realized none of my interior lights (sun visor lights, glove box light, trunk light, rear dome lights) are working. I called Scott and told the situation. He asked me if I wanted to get it done together with the parts or schedule a service for the lights. I said get it done together with the parts. So I'm waiting for my new parts. Did they fix my sunroof noise? They removed my headliners and whole sunroof then applied felt tape. In the beginning there was almost no noise. But seems like the noise has stated again. I will give it some more time if not I will have it taken care of with my 25K service. Here is my timeline: 25 September - Drop off my car to the dealership 28 September - My car was ready but I wasn't able to pick it up 29 September - I picked up my car and reported the damages More

Overpriced by a long shot Ive done a few services at this location and every time I do it unfortunately costs my left left and then some in fees. I was quoted for almost 7000 i Ive done a few services at this location and every time I do it unfortunately costs my left left and then some in fees. I was quoted for almost 7000 in repairs and wanted a second opinion, I consulted a smaller shop and explained the fixes that were going to be done and their quote were almost a third of the price of Audi.... I understand that the service techs need to make a commission. But nickel and dimming customers and marking things up a ridiculous amount is poor customer service. This will be my last time bringing my car here. More

Supper Easy & Quick I dropped off my Auid Q5 at 8:30 in the morning. Less then 10 min later I was in a Lyft (paid for my Audi San Diego) on my way to work. I got a call I dropped off my Auid Q5 at 8:30 in the morning. Less then 10 min later I was in a Lyft (paid for my Audi San Diego) on my way to work. I got a call and text messages with updates as to what needs to be fixed on my car. I was able to approve via the internet - super easy. When i was done with work they ordered me another Lyft to the dealership. The whole process was easy and quick. More
