Quick awesome annual service Horacio (Nacho) in the service department is on his game! I waited while my AUDI Q3 was receiving its annual oil change and service. Nacho said he Horacio (Nacho) in the service department is on his game! I waited while my AUDI Q3 was receiving its annual oil change and service. Nacho said he could probably get me in and out in about two hours. Much to my pleasant surprise, I was in and out in just under 90 minutes. Nacho has great customer service and an awesome demeanor, while being quick and efficient in all he does. Kudos to Nacho and the entire AUDI derive department. More

Great communication! I had great communication from various people in the service dept. They were able to provide a rental car while they identified the issue's with my br I had great communication from various people in the service dept. They were able to provide a rental car while they identified the issue's with my breaks and USB charger. I was pleased they were able to fix the items and give me my car back as soon as they were resolved. Great work guys! I'm going to rate price as a 3 because I honestly don't know what the price is to fix breaks. More

Investigating leaky roof in new Q7 Scott and the service team took a quirky request to investigate the leaky roof from the center counsel, took the center counsel apart to investigate r Scott and the service team took a quirky request to investigate the leaky roof from the center counsel, took the center counsel apart to investigate root cause, tested it to ensure it didn't happen again, and recreated the exact driving conditions to ensure it REALLY didn't happen again. Scott reached out multiple times to give me detailed updates, provided me a loaner, and let me come back to get childseats for the loaner over the weekend. Staff was professional, courteous, approachable, and friendly. To date, we haven't had a leaky roof and my wife is happy w/ her still "new" 2018 Q7. Thank you for your dedicated Service and attention to Customer experience & details. More

Excellent service. Came in for an airbag recall. Greeted right away, they had everything in order so no waiting. Very polite. They have a nice waiting room with snack Came in for an airbag recall. Didn't take too long for the fix (1.5 hours or so, right what they estimated). They finished up, told me what I needed on my car but no pressure sales pitch. And walked out to a washed car already waiting for me. Great job. Also what surprised me is the quote they gave me for windshield wipers (only $18.70), I'd expect 5x that much from the dealer. More

Too many appointments at the same time My service care representative was great in every way, my car was serviced in a timely manner. I was disappointed in the drop off process. I made my appointment a week earlier and it was very easy and they are very flexible. When i arrived for the 8:30 appointment there was a very long line of cars and it took a while for the service rep to get to my car. Once the car was with the dealer i went to the desk and the rep was very quick and efficient and friendly. I went to the loaner car line and waited a long time there only to be told they no longe had any cars available even though there were 2 sets on the counter. When i pointed out the keys i was told those were for someone else!?? I waited in line after line and was originally told when i called to make appointment that there would be a loaner car for me. I was very unhappy as i had a day full of appointments expecting tho have a car instead they called a lift to pick me up and drop me at home. I was very disappointed in the lack of interest as i was told sorry thats all we can do. More
