Sales team and manager (Kenny Wright) did not honor the CASH* price that was sent over to me via phone call and email. They neglected to include on my pricing worksheet the $1000 surcharge for a CPO warran CASH* price that was sent over to me via phone call and email. They neglected to include on my pricing worksheet the $1000 surcharge for a CPO warrantied vehicle when other Nissan dealers in the area already include this cost. Lots of undue pressure by the finance agent to purchase extra maintenance add ons and straight up dishonest answers regarding questions about loan payment options in an effort to make more money on financing (I ended up finding correct answers to said questions by speaking to nissan finance directly). Only positive is they offered me slightly more for my trade in than other nearby dealerships. More

I want to thank Rafael and Hector for turning a pretty bad experience into a great one! My initial visit with this location was the best. Prior to my visit I did a pre-qualification on their website via C bad experience into a great one! My initial visit with this location was the best. Prior to my visit I did a pre-qualification on their website via CapitalOne. I was contacted the next day by Jessica saying I was pre-approved for $35,000 (I know a pre-approval doesn’t been “approved). I was under the impression that she was sales person with out her messages were worded. After about two weeks of back and forth of messaging. I expressed how I am a pretty busy working mom so my time is super limited. So I sent over my paycheck stubs. The VIN of the vehicles I wanted to see. To streamline the process a bit more. When I get to the dealership for my initial visit. I am informed that Jessica is the scheduler and I’d be working with someone else who’s an actual sales person. This was a little frustrating as I felt I had built a little bit of a rapport with Jessica. But I rolled with Rafael, who was super nice. He asked me about the vehicles I was interested in. Also asked me about my credit, I told him I did have a repossession on my credit. And depending on which credit bureaus they pulled from since my score was different on all three. After chatting about this info and test driving the vehicles. I wanted to do the app for the car I wanted. I’m under the impression they would run my credit once for capital one. And depending on the approval or denial that they would let me know and then I could tell them if I wanted my credit ran again. However, this consideration wasn’t done at all. My credit was ran for all three bureaus MULTIPLE times. Which I was not ready for and wasn’t informed on. So yes, I did panic a bit as I have been trying really hard to work on my credit. I informed Rafael that I didn’t want my credit ran anymore. To which I believe his name was Jeffery (I can’t remember, an older white guy with a sarcastic attitude and a hat). He came off kind of dismissive and I even felt as if he were trying to embarrass me. He was trying to explained that my credit was Dan multiple times due to denials (but okay why not inform me of the initial denial first?). He circles the paper with my 598 credit score and was like yeah no you aren’t approved. Which was a bank that pulled from Experian, which btw is my lowest score (I also told Rafael this). The whole conversation was made me feel horrible and I ended up leaving that night saying that I’d never go back there. However by Monday, Rafael text me that I had been approved for the vehicle I wanted, with the terms I wanted and approved for way more than the Capital One pre-approval! Now had little Mr. Sarcasm informed me that I still had a chance and they would work for me on my initial night I would’ve walked out of there feeling better about myself and the situation. ANYWHO, my second visit to come in and sign my paperwork was amazing. Not just because I was getting a car. But because Rafael was still super nice to me and the new finance manager I worked with (Hector) was amazing! Even when there was a hiccup with the loan offer, he worked it out and even got me a better payment rate! So shoutout to Rafael and Hector for turning a pretty crappy experience to a GREAT ONE! More

I thought the experience was as good as it gets until I got home and realized that the Smartpay program the finance manager sold me, had a $299 FEE as well as debit costs each time.
