Absolutely awful! I made an appointment for 7:30 am to allow maximum hours for my horn to be fixed while I was at work. I didn't receive a call all day so I called at I made an appointment for 7:30 am to allow maximum hours for my horn to be fixed while I was at work. I didn't receive a call all day so I called at 2pm only to be told that my car hadn't even been looked at, because they prioritize the customers who are waiting at the dealership. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he would personally go look at my car and call me back. When he called back, he confirmed that my horn was indeed broken and they did have the part but wouldn't have time that day to fix it! I'm so confused as to why I made an appointment in the first place. Not only did Parks not honor my appointment time, but they didn't call me with an update, and when I expressed my frustration, they got snippy with me. When I came to pick it up, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to bring my car around. There wasn't one person I dealt with that day that tried to make the situation right, and this isn't the first time this has happened. We have 3 Hyundai vehicles and didn't buy any there and I never take them there for service. The only reason I did this time was because the horn is under warranty and I was hoping just one time, they would do a job well. I won't ever step foot on this property again. More

Was sold a used car with four rotting tires (their words, not mine) vehicle was "inspected" before being sold to me but also had a hole in one of the tires? I can't wait to find out what else is seriously wrong with it. I have some peace of mind knowing I don't have to go back anymore (warranty is at a different dealership). One of the other tires that didn't have the hole in it blew out on the highway a few weeks later and I was quoted for two tires for of course much more than what I could get anywhere else around town. So after being sold very bad tires I was asked to pay for it. Honestly, it's so silly at this point that I have to just laugh and move on lol. Everyone at the dealership is of course super nice but obviously it's just this fake song and dance they have to do as employees~ Everyone knows that the corporation is just after money is never going to care about doing right by the customer. A strange experience indeed... More
