Hi jgoose13, This is Dave Denney. I run our sales department at Royal Moore Toyota. I understand your concern with George not putting on a mask when requested to, espessial if the madate was still in place. I will speak with our service manager about this. This is unacceptable. That behavior is outside of Royal Moore policies. I am curious if you asked for a Manager at the time? Ben Norris is the Service manager and in my experience he would have delt with George swiftly, and set you up with a different service writer to finish your transaction. If you would like to provide your contact info. I would be happy to have Ben reach out to you. I'm sure he would like to offer at the least a free service in the future. I know its not much but a least somthing to apologize for this regrettable past experience. Also I am concerned with your 3 star review of Scott in our sales department. I don't know your real name so I can't look up any record of previous contact between you and Scott, or Myself. I see you have also rated me a 1 star, however I don't believe you and I have had any interaction at all. If you had a poor experience in the sales department I would like to know about it. I would do my best to remedy the situation.
