I was given incorrect information when negotiating the purchase and paid for an item that was not required. Upon talking with Mr. Krieger, I was appropriately treated and reimbursed for the item. Walked in the door and everyone greeted you as you walk in the door or by their desk with sincerity and genuine about how glad they was to see you. If i had a question about anything, he was able to give me a complete answer if he could or would tell me that he would call me back as soon as he received my answer. Grant was awesome, felt like a family member of his and mine. Grant also answered all my questions, was very professional and sincere when we talked. Grant also was able to get me floor mats quickly and even put them in the truck while i was with Dan in Fianace. Dan was great to sit down with and made it very painless when going over payment and what the paperwork was all about. Very quick and professional, i had no questions when i left and felt like everything was answered and smooth. I want to thank you all with helping get the truck of my dreams. Thank you!!Thank you!!
