sales department was fine- no issues I bought a $80,000 truck (26 Denali hd) and a month later the stereo is acting up. when I called service department, they said I could drop it off in the morning or b truck (26 Denali hd) and a month later the stereo is acting up. when I called service department, they said I could drop it off in the morning or before 3:30 in the afternoon 5 days later. both options would mean I would have to take time off of work. they also said that they had no loaners. I work 45 miles away from the dealership. they literally told me to call the dealership closer to where I worked. service department should be named NO-service department. More

I was put in an unexpected situation to where I had to purchase a new vehicle in a short pe.riod of time.
