It's still making grinding noise when I accelerate. I had to call back and make another appointment. I knew something was wrong when it only took about two hours. I do not appreciate being lied to and told that something was done when it wasn't. You guys didn't do an inspection before I bought it because you guys marked it for June 2. I bought my car may 29. None of this is making sense and it needs to be fixed. This is not the first currently bought from you guys and this is not the first problem I had. I thought that all the Kings were worked out but now I have to come back missing work once again. I'm not very happy about this and something needs to be done.

Had an internet deal done with agreed pricing on a new

When we got there they appraised the trade and agreed on the value, then did all the switching out of the vehicles. They then sent a guy by trying to sell us all kinds of aftermarket expensive garbage, wasting an hour of our time. Then they let us sit for another hour before we went into the business office to sign the paperwork and they weren't busy. In there they pulled a switch and did not give the $500 dealer credit originally in our verbal agreement and they said it was already included. They also tried to give $1,000 less than the Carmax offer sheet and agreed trade value. They said that we were given the amount of trade value less the sales tax credit on the trade. We raised our objections and argued for an hour with several people including the manager. Told them to give our keys back and put the old plates on our car. After another round of their xx, they agreed to give full trade value, which had been specifically agreed with the salesman and internet person. They weaseled out of the other $500 credit, but since I had spent three hours there already and the new car was ready to go with our plates on it, we decided to take the car and get out of there.. The guy in the business office then wasted more of our time trying to do the hard sale on maintenance, tires and wheels and extended warranties, which we told him 3 times we did not want. This simple deal took the longest amount of time I have ever spent purchasing a new vehicle and I have bought well over 100 new cars between personal and business use in the last 30 years. The salesman was polite and tried to explain our verbal agreement to his slimy boss, who took over and tried to screw us. Horrible experience. We will never go back to this dealership again.

Everyone at the dealership especially Gio went out of
their way to find the exact car that I wanted. I am totally satisfied with Family Hyundai.
