I just purchased a vehicle from this location. Overall I did like their prices for certified pre-owned vehicles and my experience with the customer service. However, I purchased this Xzilon package which I did like their prices for certified pre-owned vehicles and my experience with the customer service. However, I purchased this Xzilon package which I was under the impression was a warranty because the car salesman told me if I decided I didn’t want it, I could cancel at anytime. Unfortunately, this is a product that is added to your car at the time of purchase and once you sign your contract, you cannot cancel it. This is my third VW and I have had windshield protection, gap insurance, and an extended warranty all which can be cancelled at a prorated rate. Hence, why I believed the car salesman (Gilbert) when he said I could cancel at anytime. He explained to me today that he meant at the time of making the deal I could cancel the purchase. I think this location needs to make a better point of explaining that this a product added to your car and not a warranty. I love the quality of VW and the service is great but this game of semantics was quite misleading. Moving forward I will never purchase any additional service from VW. Might I add that I sent Gilbert a text about wanting to cancel the Xzilon and he did not reply. I called the finance department and was transferred over to him. His expression on the phone was very flat so clearly he was avoiding me. More

I have to say this was the best experience i have ever had when buying a car. They treated us like family. Gilbert explained exactly how everything worked and always had a smile on.
