First, I would like to say if I knew there were so many negative reviews on this dealership I would have looked the other way fast. However, I made the awful mistake of trusting to many alpha males. They m negative reviews on this dealership I would have looked the other way fast. However, I made the awful mistake of trusting to many alpha males. They make you gain their trust, reel you in, hook you to lie on top of lies, then drop the ball and leave you hanging. This is my story about GrandCars (Marietta GA) how I was misled into buying a vehicle from their auto lot. 1)There were lack of communication throughout the entire sales. The advertisement of the vehicle mileage was at 78,399 (I have proof) was incorrect the actual mileage was at 80, 323 a difference of 1,924 miles. 2) when I arrived to pick the vehicle up on Saturday, October 19th. The salesman states another salesman had misplaced the keys. Therefore I would have to wait for a locksmith to make the key. Mind you I had driven three hours and they knew I was coming to pick the car up that day. I had to wait an additional two hours before I decided to cancel contract and leave then the compulsive lying started. 3) In order to not cancel contract these lies were told to us and we were coherence into believing the following lies by the service manager let’s just say “Mr.I” in which they have yet to honor. (Lie 1) $500 would be knocked off the total price of car with a five year financing instead of seven. (Lie 2) They would give us 5 free oil changes either through pep boys or Firestone whichever one was close to me. (Lie 3) They would add a full tank of gas in which I had to full the car up myself just to get home. (4) None of the three happened. I hope in the future you will not conduct business this way. I was always told a man word is all he has. It's a bond of humility and respect. This company failed miserably. This dealership is unethical you should be wiling to go far and beyond just to keep your customers satisfied. Shame on you! By the way, I still want what was promised to me during the signing of the contract. More

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. To the person who called me about my review and left me a VM, I called you back 3 times, for 3 people to say they don’t know who are. So apparently m To the person who called me about my review and left me a VM, I called you back 3 times, for 3 people to say they don’t know who are. So apparently my issues will not be fixed as I was promised they would. Then today I call again to return your call to be told “honestly you just need to fix these issues yourself”. Updating my review as I have had my car for 2 months now and day one concerns, that I was told would be taken care of are not. I live 4 hours away and why everyone was nice over the phone and very nice while I was there I have unresolved problems that at this point I am going to have to spend money on when I should not have to. When I test drove my car it had floor mats, they took it to the back to “detail” it for me and apparently forgot to put the back mats in. When I got home I texted the lady helping me, who knew they were present at test drive and I was told no problem, we will mail them to you. 2 months later, I’m still waiting after reaching out several times. Also, the plug for the heated steering wheel was missing, I was told it is a very simple install and we will ship it to you, again, I’m still waiting for this plug. To add insult to injury, about 2 weeks I was cleaning my dashboard and the clock in the center fell into the dash. This also happened during the test and I was told it would be fixed by maintenance when they detailed it. Apparently it wasn’t fixed completely or it wouldn’t have fallen again. So I immediately reached out and was assured again that all of my concerns were going to be addressed promptly. That was 2 weeks ago. I bought this vehicle 4 hours away as I thought it was a great deal. I see now I was wrong. I can’t just drive there as it would be 8hrs round trip. My advice, buy a car close to you. This is a headache and my first awful experience buying a car out of state, but I won’t do it again. I am going to have to spend $500-700 (if not more) out of pocket on items that I was promised would be resolved months ago. More

Total disappointment. Total 180 after purchase, two months of giving them the opportunity to resolve an issue with a Tesla I purchased in June. Its currently been sitting Total 180 after purchase, two months of giving them the opportunity to resolve an issue with a Tesla I purchased in June. Its currently been sitting at the dealership for a week after I had to have it towed because it wouldn't drive. The service department is a Joke, only can text and they never replay. Who the GM is I dont know they seem to not have one just sales management & Finance. Im Convinced once they get the sale you really dont matter. None of the departments seem to talk to each other. When i call im told to text a number and when you speak to someone they dont know whats going on. They will tell you ill have some one call you but they dont call, no reply. Sales Manager MARLON I thing he is new took my information yesterday and said he would have the service department call me to let me know whats going on with my vehicle since i had it towed to the dealership last week. No one called, I sent an email with all the contacts I have only one reply and and it said i have the wrong department for my issue will forward it to the right department. My vehicles battery went bad within 30day of buying the vehicle, cost to repair 18-20k i was sold a warranty for 4500 that should have covered the service repair but they denied the claim saying it happened too soon vehicle had pre-exciting issues. I forwarded the denial letter to the dealership they said they would speak to the warranty rep and get back to me, that has not happened yet. I was also sold a Gap policy for 1500 that i dont need and asked to have it cancelled and applied to my loan, that has also not happen. Donnie told me he was working on in and started it when I contact Products dep. i get no reply. My finance company has still not received that credit. I didnt pay close enough attention when signing my document with all the excitement of getting the vehicle. This has been the worst Car purchase and experience I have ever had and im still paying a car note and insurance every month for a vehicle that is currently underivable. Ive exhausted my patients and given then numerous opportunities to help me resolve this issue. At this point i just need them to take the car back pay off the loan and be done with it if they are not going to fix the preexisting issue the warranty company said the vehicle had for them to deny the service repair. Makes sure you know what you are signing with them, read everything over, double check, check the warranty company, everything. I had to request all my docs twice before i received everything and that was when i realized what i signed and requested the additional products to be cancelled. The car was only 23k I ended up with a 33k loan once they added products and fees. needless to say they got me and the products they sold me warranty wont even fixed what is listed in the coverage i was sold. I could go on but ill save it for another week. If you can Buy a car somewhere else and dont do financing with them if you do, you will end up with lots of additional products they get a kick back for im sure like the extended warranty and gap coverage. my bank offers gap for 399 theirs is 1500 interesting. For all the negative reviews that have been responded to by grand motor cars saying "regard, as this was posted for a friend and we are handling the issue". Well, I am that friend and no my issue was not re by grand motor cars saying "regard, as this was posted for a friend and we are handling the issue". Well, I am that friend and no my issue was not resolved. The lack of effort and concern to rectify this situation is non-existent. I am sharing my story so no one else falls victim to this company's deceitful sales tactics. I am aware there are 2 sides to every story, but here is mine. I bought a vehicle from here and not even a month later, I broke down on the side of the interstate alone. To preface this story, when I was purchasing this car, I put 14k down on a 34k car. I financed the vehicle with my credit union that I have used for years. When I sent over all the information, my credit union informed me they could not write a check to "Grand Motor Cars" because they were not a licensed business with the BBB. I was shocked to find out, it is because they have a DBA (doing business as) and they are registered with the Secretary of State under a different legal name that I had to PULL out of them. I called the dealership dealing with the finance manager (Steven N) who is no longer employed here who hung up on me over the telephone, and had the worst attitude. Yasha P was the salesperson who sold me this vehicle. A 20 year old with no idea about anything. I also called and texted him about the situation as well and was given lies and the absolute biggest runaround. After a sale is made, they do not care about anything. After finally telling me the legal name as stated on their W-9s , my credit union finally agreed to make the check out to grandmotor cars. Although they had my down payment, they let me leave with a BVA (borrowed vehicle agreement) while they were waiting on the check from the credit union. Meanwhile, I was not given a temporary tag or sent one until a month later when my car was already back at their dealership with a blown engine and they had my 14k down payment and a check from the credit union. How did this happen? On the day of purchase, I brought my father to the lot so that he could drive my other car back home. While looking over the vehicle, my dad said that he smelt coolant. Yasha informed us that it was probably because the vehicle had been serviced and some had probably spilt or something. I was a fool for trusting someone's word and believing they had good intent and took my car home. When purchasing, I let everyone know I needed a good, reliable car as I traveled for work at the hospital, from Albany to Atlanta. This being said, I put 4k miles on this vehicle. One day I was heading to work on the interstate when my car started shaking and white smoke started bellowing from under the hood. Before this, my car had no lights on the dash indicating any issues then it literally blew up and shut off on the highway. My car was towed to the nearest shop where I was told there was a coolant leak and hopefully we could replace the piece and fix it. The problem went deeper, it had damaged the head gaskets. The shop told me I better take it back to the dealer because this issue had been going on before I ever had it. The plastic piece had a hairline crack (hence the coolant smell at the lot) and it had finally busted. I was told by the shop the part that broke had so much “gunk” in it, there is no way this car was serviced as stated... Full story on youtube. I am begging you not to fall victim to this crooked, conniving business. Not only am I out $35k, but a vehicle, time off work, tow bills, now attorney fees, and my sanity... Full story on youtube. After reading many reviews on multiple websites, I am not the only one that has been a victim. Please do not be one of them! More

With all dealerships, their main goal was to sell the car. Meaning, customer service "sometimes" goes out the door. Not saying they were rude, not saying they weren't helpful, but there was a rush / urge car. Meaning, customer service "sometimes" goes out the door. Not saying they were rude, not saying they weren't helpful, but there was a rush / urgency to make sure the deal is done, more than making sure you were acceptable of the vehicle. But, a nice deal was done, they help with the financing. We assisted by the sales rep,...and the boss. That was interesting. They gave a nice deal for the trade in, which I was super happy about. The finance guy, he was extremely helpful. Gave a nice deal based off the parameters that I presented. All in all, I just needed a new car, as the car I traded in was the first car I ever purchased. The new car I purchased now was more fitting, more space, hopefully not a gas guzzler. So, I have a car, and after a month, we will see. More
