They conduct fraudulent business practices and will just leave you hanging in the end during the process of purchasing a vehicle. They also lie and it’ll be an emotional roller coaster. They even had me add insurance to a vehicle and I’m the end didn’t sell it to me, telling me it was already sold. Reggie, was my sales person. He was texting both my wife and I separately. At one point he’s telling me the car has been sold already, even though per his request, I added it to my insurance company. 45 minutes later, he’s texting her asking her for the shipping information. Tried to call and just ignored our calls. He then texted me saying basically they got a better offer on the vehicle from someone else, even though we were in the closing phase with numbers on paper, credit pulled and approved, a trade in that I had to ship there that they wanted as opposed to me selling it outright locally. Did I mention they had us add the vehicle to our insurance policy already at this point. Again, talk about an emotional roller coaster. Spoke to a manager named John. Basically said he said it was sold to the other person first and don’t know why Reggie pulled my credit and had me add the vehicle to my insurance. No offer of anything other than saying that I can have my insurance remove the vehicle. They initially wanted to charge $4k extra for there alleged mandatory Grand Care package. Reggie then acted like he did me a favor getting it knocked down to $1400. He then told me they sold the car to the other person instead because he paid the full $4k price of their Grand Care package. Credit dinged for nothing, emotional stress, car added to insurance for nothing. Please, especially out of state buyers, save yourself the disappointment and stress, go elsewhere. Just read all the bait and switch bad reviews they have. It’s not an accident or coincidence. More

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Autobiography from Grand Motor Cars today, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I came in not even wanting to purchase a vehicle Autobiography from Grand Motor Cars today, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I came in not even wanting to purchase a vehicle but just check it out and our sales associate Armand was stellar—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. I got there at our appointment time and he was there with the car out and open ready for me to inspect. Made me feel appreciated and an important customer. He truly made the process an enjoyable experience. The manager, Greg, was equally fantastic. He was very friendly and welcoming, checking in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely value their customers here. He did us right on our deal and thats hard to find. I really appreciated it. If you’re in the market for a luxury vehicle and want top-notch customer service, I highly recommend Grand Motor Cars. Ask for Armand—you won’t be disappointed! More

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Staff was friendly and seemingly authentic, but it’s all a facade. Once you purchase the car any follow up calls are ignored and all promises for continued service and products are also ignored. Steven, my salesman was sweet as pie during purchase never returned any of my calls thereafter. Alejandro from service dept. had the same MO, very respectful to your face then no follow up or responding to repeated calls. I was promised an owners manual and missing car part which were never provided despite my attempts at trying to get them to fulfill their obligations. Even more egregious was the fact that within two hours of driving the vehicle home the air conditioning stopped functioning and console overheated. I drove home to Florida 6 hours with no air conditioning. Turns out they put a cheap battery in the car that didn’t have the voltage capacity needed for my type vehicle. Cost me over $1000. The only decent person we dealt with was kind enough to gather our info and attempted to get them to cover our expenses, but then suddenly didn’t work there anymore after we never heard from him again. The windshield wipers on car were an improper brand for my Mercedes and didn’t work; I also had to replace within the first week. Ivory in management has no ethics, is curt and unpleasant to deal with. The price listed was increased approximately $2000 and when I brought it up he pointed to another paper he had written up with the listed price to be charged. But the higher price was what was sent to the loan company. After car purchase we waited like 5 hours for them to get the car ready for us to leave. Our day began at 8:45 am and we were there till 4pm. Ridiculous. If I had to do over I would never have gone to grand motorcars and recommend you don’t either. Bad news business there. More

Buyer beware. Over a month of trying to get a refund for money owed. The manager ivory is a jerk, unprofessional and unresponsive. Here is our latest email to corp Over a month of trying to get a refund for money owed. The manager ivory is a jerk, unprofessional and unresponsive. Here is our latest email to corporate after no response : I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the poor, inconsistent and unprofessional service i have received from your dealership, particularly from cooperate and the store manager. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue amicably, you have failed to uphold your obligations under the legally binding "we owe" agreement. To date, your dealership has not fulfilled the terms outlined in that agreement. This continued neglect not only constitutes a breach of contract, but also strongly suggests misappropriation or theft of the funds owed to me. Your failure to deliver on what was legally agreed upon is both unacceptable and unethical. As a military veteran and a current law enforcement officer, it is disheartening to be treated with such disregard and lack of integrity by your organization. I expected better--not only as a customer, but as someone who has served and continues to serve the public. Please be advised that unless this matter is resolved today and in full, i will proceed with the following actions without further notice: *File a formal complaint with the Georgia Secretary of State * Report the incident and all email and text documentation to the FTC - Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney Generals office of fraud. * Submit complaints to the Better Business Bureau and explore legal remedies available to me under Georgia law. This is your final opportunity to rectify the situation and honor the agreement. I strongly encourage you to treat this matter with urgency. More

PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE CONSIDER THE ORIGINAL REVIEW AND THE CURRENT REVIEW. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS SHOULD BE SPENT ELSEWHERE. I REVIEW AND THE CURRENT REVIEW. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY AND YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS SHOULD BE SPENT ELSEWHERE. I am still dealing with this dealership despite having concluded the purchase in February 2025. The dealership and it's Finance Department is refusing to validate the transfer of the tax, tags and license to my home state South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) and the necessary documents to my credit union designating them as the lien holder. Today is Friday, April 25, 2025 and I am currently driving with temporary tags as a direct result of Grandmotors Cars in Marietta, GA refusal to submit the required documentation to the entities involved. The following is a transcript of the interaction between myself and the General Manager: Hello and I greatly regret having to contact you once again involving yet another problem regarding the purchase of the 2023 Lexus GX 460 in February of this year. The tax/title and registration necessary to complete the designation of the lien holder (Navy Federal Credit Union) and the title registration for South Carolina has yet to occur. It is my understanding that the paperwork was sent to SCDMV, but, was returned due to the failure to include the necessary payment to complete the transaction. I have spoken to the Field Manager at the SCDMV and was informed that the reason for returning the paperwork was explained to your Tax/Title and Licensing Registration Department. Due to the timeline I was informed that I should request the tracking number so that SCDMV could retrieve the documents and process this issue as a priority. I have repeatedly contacted the department and have spoken to Mary Ella on countless occasions without resolution. I have spoken to Valerie as well only to be told that I should contact the department manager Ms. Kirney, but, she was unable to give me the contact number due to the number being Ms. Kirney's cell phone number. I have also repeatedly contacted the Finance Managers at the Marietta location and though nothing has been resolved regarding the problem I did receive an overnight temporary license tag to replace the expired tag which was on the vehicle. I must also inform you that each and every person that I have contacted refuse to return any of my calls or provide me with any information to combat the issue. It is sad to say that what should have concluded the sale of this vehicle a few months ago is unfortunately, consuming my life. I have no recourse but to reach out to you as a last resort and implore you to help me with this matter. Harkinder Bhullar: I'm on a flight, I'll get back to you shortly Me: Thank-you for your response and I greatly feel a small sense of relief. I'll await your response. Harkinder Bhullar: Absolutely consider it done, on it as soon as I land ma'am Me: Hello, I would like to once again ask for your support and assistance in the above matter. Please let me know what's going on. Me 1 day later: Good Afternoon, I once again apologize for the constant inconvenience this may cause you, but, I desperately need to know what is going on. Please let me know so that I will know how to proceed and what my options are. I SINCERELY HOPE THOSE DESIRING TO PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE WILL MAKE THE ABSOLUTELY IMPORTANT DECISION TO READ THE REVIEWS ASSOCIATED WITH ANY MAJOR PURCHASE. More

Trade-in Still Not Paid-off. This has been the worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had. And judging from these reviews I am not alone. Unfortunately, I found them too late. M This has been the worst car purchase experience I’ve ever had. And judging from these reviews I am not alone. Unfortunately, I found them too late. My sales rep, Marcus, was amazing but cannot be held responsible for the supporting departments. I’ve given Grand Motors management ample opportunity to make this right. My credit score and insurance costs are being impacted, along with the vehicle repairs that are legally apart of the transaction. A dashboard alert came on less than 12 hours after I left the lot and I had to get that fixed myself at VW because their service department only takes text messages and did not respond. What reputable car dealership would let a new customer drive around with a dashboard red light on? If I can help anyone else avoid this while situation that would be a win for the kingdom. My new used vehicle has been funded for over 21 days but somehow the funds for the note on my trade-in has not been released. I’ve just confirmed with the lender and they are still waiting for the payoff funds. GM please don’t respond with an apology or excuse - just treat consumers with the respect they deserve, before and after you cash the check. Integrity is everything and there is no evidence of it here. Buyers beware! More

First, I would like to say if I knew there were so many negative reviews on this dealership I would have looked the other way fast. However, I made the awful mistake of trusting to many alpha males. They m negative reviews on this dealership I would have looked the other way fast. However, I made the awful mistake of trusting to many alpha males. They make you gain their trust, reel you in, hook you to lie on top of lies, then drop the ball and leave you hanging. This is my story about GrandCars (Marietta GA) how I was misled into buying a vehicle from their auto lot. 1)There were lack of communication throughout the entire sales. The advertisement of the vehicle mileage was at 78,399 (I have proof) was incorrect the actual mileage was at 80, 323 a difference of 1,924 miles. 2) when I arrived to pick the vehicle up on Saturday, October 19th. The salesman states another salesman had misplaced the keys. Therefore I would have to wait for a locksmith to make the key. Mind you I had driven three hours and they knew I was coming to pick the car up that day. I had to wait an additional two hours before I decided to cancel contract and leave then the compulsive lying started. 3) In order to not cancel contract these lies were told to us and we were coherence into believing the following lies by the service manager let’s just say “Mr.I” in which they have yet to honor. (Lie 1) $500 would be knocked off the total price of car with a five year financing instead of seven. (Lie 2) They would give us 5 free oil changes either through pep boys or Firestone whichever one was close to me. (Lie 3) They would add a full tank of gas in which I had to full the car up myself just to get home. (4) None of the three happened. I hope in the future you will not conduct business this way. I was always told a man word is all he has. It's a bond of humility and respect. This company failed miserably. This dealership is unethical you should be wiling to go far and beyond just to keep your customers satisfied. Shame on you! By the way, I still want what was promised to me during the signing of the contract. More

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. To the person who called me about my review and left me a VM, I called you back 3 times, for 3 people to say they don’t know who are. So apparently m To the person who called me about my review and left me a VM, I called you back 3 times, for 3 people to say they don’t know who are. So apparently my issues will not be fixed as I was promised they would. Then today I call again to return your call to be told “honestly you just need to fix these issues yourself”. Updating my review as I have had my car for 2 months now and day one concerns, that I was told would be taken care of are not. I live 4 hours away and why everyone was nice over the phone and very nice while I was there I have unresolved problems that at this point I am going to have to spend money on when I should not have to. When I test drove my car it had floor mats, they took it to the back to “detail” it for me and apparently forgot to put the back mats in. When I got home I texted the lady helping me, who knew they were present at test drive and I was told no problem, we will mail them to you. 2 months later, I’m still waiting after reaching out several times. Also, the plug for the heated steering wheel was missing, I was told it is a very simple install and we will ship it to you, again, I’m still waiting for this plug. To add insult to injury, about 2 weeks I was cleaning my dashboard and the clock in the center fell into the dash. This also happened during the test and I was told it would be fixed by maintenance when they detailed it. Apparently it wasn’t fixed completely or it wouldn’t have fallen again. So I immediately reached out and was assured again that all of my concerns were going to be addressed promptly. That was 2 weeks ago. I bought this vehicle 4 hours away as I thought it was a great deal. I see now I was wrong. I can’t just drive there as it would be 8hrs round trip. My advice, buy a car close to you. This is a headache and my first awful experience buying a car out of state, but I won’t do it again. I am going to have to spend $500-700 (if not more) out of pocket on items that I was promised would be resolved months ago. More

Total disappointment. Total 180 after purchase, two months of giving them the opportunity to resolve an issue with a Tesla I purchased in June. Its currently been sitting Total 180 after purchase, two months of giving them the opportunity to resolve an issue with a Tesla I purchased in June. Its currently been sitting at the dealership for a week after I had to have it towed because it wouldn't drive. The service department is a Joke, only can text and they never replay. Who the GM is I dont know they seem to not have one just sales management & Finance. Im Convinced once they get the sale you really dont matter. None of the departments seem to talk to each other. When i call im told to text a number and when you speak to someone they dont know whats going on. They will tell you ill have some one call you but they dont call, no reply. Sales Manager MARLON I thing he is new took my information yesterday and said he would have the service department call me to let me know whats going on with my vehicle since i had it towed to the dealership last week. No one called, I sent an email with all the contacts I have only one reply and and it said i have the wrong department for my issue will forward it to the right department. My vehicles battery went bad within 30day of buying the vehicle, cost to repair 18-20k i was sold a warranty for 4500 that should have covered the service repair but they denied the claim saying it happened too soon vehicle had pre-exciting issues. I forwarded the denial letter to the dealership they said they would speak to the warranty rep and get back to me, that has not happened yet. I was also sold a Gap policy for 1500 that i dont need and asked to have it cancelled and applied to my loan, that has also not happen. Donnie told me he was working on in and started it when I contact Products dep. i get no reply. My finance company has still not received that credit. I didnt pay close enough attention when signing my document with all the excitement of getting the vehicle. This has been the worst Car purchase and experience I have ever had and im still paying a car note and insurance every month for a vehicle that is currently underivable. Ive exhausted my patients and given then numerous opportunities to help me resolve this issue. At this point i just need them to take the car back pay off the loan and be done with it if they are not going to fix the preexisting issue the warranty company said the vehicle had for them to deny the service repair. Makes sure you know what you are signing with them, read everything over, double check, check the warranty company, everything. I had to request all my docs twice before i received everything and that was when i realized what i signed and requested the additional products to be cancelled. The car was only 23k I ended up with a 33k loan once they added products and fees. needless to say they got me and the products they sold me warranty wont even fixed what is listed in the coverage i was sold. I could go on but ill save it for another week. If you can Buy a car somewhere else and dont do financing with them if you do, you will end up with lots of additional products they get a kick back for im sure like the extended warranty and gap coverage. my bank offers gap for 399 theirs is 1500 interesting.
