First, I would like to say if I knew there were so many negative reviews on this dealership I would have looked the other way fast. However, I made the awful mistake of trusting to many alpha males. They m More

If I could leave zero stars I absolutely would. To the person who called me about my review and left me a VM, I called you back 3 times, for 3 people to say they don’t know who are. So apparently m More

We once again are sorry for any issues you are having with the vehicle. You stated that you had the vehicle for a month and drove 4,000 miles on a used vehicle, not 50 or 400 miles. We do not have a crystal ball to know if there will be issues with a vehicle in the future. Anything man made is going to fail at some point. Despite this, we still agreed to make reparations to assist you in the repairs. We have no way of knowing how the vehicle was driven or maintained over the last 4,000 miles, but are still willing to help you. The fact that you continue to blast us on social media and reviews is unfair and borderline slander. You never seem to mention that we have offered to assist you in repair costs that we have no legal obligation to, but are doing this because we want to help you. You simply make us out to be the "bad guy" and that we are completely turning our back on you. That fact could not be farther from the truth. The legal system works both ways, please be factual on what we have offered to assist you in repairs. This is an unfortunate situation, but this could happen to anyone at anytime. There is just no way to tell if a vehicle will have issues at some point, especially one that was driven 4,000 miles in the first month. As stated before, both in person and through our respnses to your negative reviews, we wil still honor our agreement to assist you in the cost of repairs. This is despite you posting negative reviews and slanderous comments, never mentioning that we have offered to help you.

cont.. I had my car towed all the way from Jackson, Ga back to Marietta. I was told by the finance manager and salesperson they would take care of me and do right by me considering I haven't even had the car a month. I called everyday for an update on my car for two and a half weeks just to be told they were trying to diagnose the car. The car I had towed to them with the work up from the previous shop stating the diagnosis already. Week three went by and now week four. I had to take the day off work to drive up here to finally get answers because I kept getting sent to voicemail and hung up on after they started recognizing my number. I walk in to find the previous finance manager that told me he would do right by me is no longer employed there. Which explains him not answering me, but I was not informed of this or contacted saying someone else would be helping me. The communication at this place is awful at best. The new finance manager walked into an absolute mess to have to clean up. He was very understanding and helpful. I laid out my options to him as this: Fix my car, let me pick out another car for equal value as I purchased mine for, or give me my down deposit back and I will go somewhere else. We came to the conclusion I could pick out another vehicle on the lot. I spent and wasted about four hours test driving and looking at vehicles at equal value as mine. When I had finally decided on one, I was told they would value my car for 18,500 and I would still owe them the rest. This was clearly not what I was just told. Pissed is an understatement. Their next solution was to pay for labor for my repairs and I pay for parts (A new engine , $9k). At this point I’m ready to be DONE with these folks. I did not care what happened, I did not want the car or to be dealing with them. Another week went by, I was told they had started on my car (they did not, I have pictures of it in the back lot). I brought my father up to the dealership because they were not taking me seriously and took full advantage of me being a young woman. After much negotiating, basically I was told I can either put a new engine in for $9k or lose 15k on trading it back into them. ALSO, let me say I have no warranty because I was never offered one and was working on getting one from an outside source, but clearly ran out of time in a matter of weeks. I am begging you not to fall victim to this crooked, conniving business. Not only am I out $35k, but a vehicle, time off work, tow bills, now attorney fees, and my sanity. After reading many reviews on multiple websites, I am not the only one that has been a victim. Please do not be one of them!

With all dealerships, their main goal was to sell the car. Meaning, customer service "sometimes" goes out the door. Not saying they were rude, not saying they weren't helpful, but there was a rush / urge More
