If I could leave 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY from this place, especially if you’re from out of state. They conduct fraudulent business practices and will just leave you hanging in the DO NOT BUY from this place, especially if you’re from out of state. They conduct fraudulent business practices and will just leave you hanging in the end during the process of purchasing a vehicle. They also lie and it’ll be an emotional roller coaster. They even had me add insurance to a vehicle and I’m the end didn’t sell it to me, telling me it was already sold. Reggie, was my sales person. He was texting both my wife and I separately. At one point he’s telling me the car has been sold already, even though per his request, I added it to my insurance company. 45 minutes later, he’s texting her asking her for the shipping information. Tried to call and just ignored our calls. He then texted me saying basically they got a better offer on the vehicle from someone else, even though we were in the closing phase with numbers on paper, credit pulled and approved, a trade in that I had to ship there that they wanted as opposed to me selling it outright locally. Did I mention they had us add the vehicle to our insurance policy already at this point. Again, talk about an emotional roller coaster. Spoke to a manager named John. Basically said he said it was sold to the other person first and don’t know why Reggie pulled my credit and had me add the vehicle to my insurance. No offer of anything other than saying that I can have my insurance remove the vehicle. They initially wanted to charge $4k extra for there alleged mandatory Grand Care package. Reggie then acted like he did me a favor getting it knocked down to $1400. He then told me they sold the car to the other person instead because he paid the full $4k price of their Grand Care package. Credit dinged for nothing, emotional stress, car added to insurance for nothing. Please, especially out of state buyers, save yourself the disappointment and stress, go elsewhere. Just read all the bait and switch bad reviews they have. It’s not an accident or coincidence. More

From the moment I hit the door, everyone was welcoming, kind and professonal; that's unusual these days as everyone appears to be in a rush. However, I simply could not write this review without mentionin kind and professonal; that's unusual these days as everyone appears to be in a rush. However, I simply could not write this review without mentioning my salesperson Jason. Jason took extreme care to walk me through my buying process. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth transtion from my old to new vehicle. Even when I wanted to be augmentative, he remain professinal and kind. He treated me like a good son, there to care for a mother. Jason was not my original contact but he stepped up to help in every way. He was by my side from beginning to end. Even when I wasn't pleasant, he remain kind and helpful; kudos to Jason! As we like to say here in the South when someone is kind, "he was raised right". I would defintely recommend this dealership for your next purchase; good people, good selections and a good atmosphere. I drove a ten hour round trip from Florida to Georgia to make this purchase and it was well worth it. Did you think I forgot? You want to know what I purchased. It is a 2022 Jaquar XF R-Dynamic and it's beautiful, inside and out. Thanks Jason, you are the best!!!! More

I came in not even wanting to purchase a vehicle but just check it out and our sales associate Armand was stellar—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. I got there at our appointment time and he was there with the car out and open ready for me to inspect. Made me feel appreciated and an important customer. He truly made the process an enjoyable experience. The manager, Greg, was equally fantastic. He was very friendly and welcoming, checking in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely value their customers here. I came across the perfect truck on CarGurus. It was so nice and the price was good; a little less than KBB. The dealership selling the truck was Grand Motorcars in Marietta, GA. I looked them up It was so nice and the price was good; a little less than KBB. The dealership selling the truck was Grand Motorcars in Marietta, GA. I looked them up and found only good to great reviews. Like many others, I’ve dealt with the high pressure/zero integrity dealerships before. Once you’ve been lied to and scammed by a crooked car sales team, it makes you dread ever going to a car lot again. The rating and reviews were some of the best I’ve seen so I gave them a try. Best car buying decision I’ve ever made. Honoring the internet discounted price? CHECK. Feeling helped instead of pushed? CHECK. No games or trying to weasel in additional costs on the backend? CHECK AND CHECK! In the end, their car lot calculator worked just like the one on my phone and that is rare. Stephanie is the most candid and caring car salesperson I’ve ever heard of and the overall experience of buying a vehicle this way was as exciting as the new truck and the great price. Good people in car sales do exist. They’re at Grand Motorcars in Marietta, GA. Stephanie is the best! More
