For all the negative reviews that have been responded to by grand motor cars saying "regard, as this was posted for a friend and we are handling the issue". Well, I am that friend and no my issue was not re by grand motor cars saying "regard, as this was posted for a friend and we are handling the issue". Well, I am that friend and no my issue was not resolved. The lack of effort and concern to rectify this situation is non-existent. I am sharing my story so no one else falls victim to this company's deceitful sales tactics. I am aware there are 2 sides to every story, but here is mine. I bought a vehicle from here and not even a month later, I broke down on the side of the interstate alone. To preface this story, when I was purchasing this car, I put 14k down on a 34k car. I financed the vehicle with my credit union that I have used for years. When I sent over all the information, my credit union informed me they could not write a check to "Grand Motor Cars" because they were not a licensed business with the BBB. I was shocked to find out, it is because they have a DBA (doing business as) and they are registered with the Secretary of State under a different legal name that I had to PULL out of them. I called the dealership dealing with the finance manager (Steven N) who is no longer employed here who hung up on me over the telephone, and had the worst attitude. Yasha P was the salesperson who sold me this vehicle. A 20 year old with no idea about anything. I also called and texted him about the situation as well and was given lies and the absolute biggest runaround. After a sale is made, they do not care about anything. After finally telling me the legal name as stated on their W-9s , my credit union finally agreed to make the check out to grandmotor cars. Although they had my down payment, they let me leave with a BVA (borrowed vehicle agreement) while they were waiting on the check from the credit union. Meanwhile, I was not given a temporary tag or sent one until a month later when my car was already back at their dealership with a blown engine and they had my 14k down payment and a check from the credit union. How did this happen? On the day of purchase, I brought my father to the lot so that he could drive my other car back home. While looking over the vehicle, my dad said that he smelt coolant. Yasha informed us that it was probably because the vehicle had been serviced and some had probably spilt or something. I was a fool for trusting someone's word and believing they had good intent and took my car home. When purchasing, I let everyone know I needed a good, reliable car as I traveled for work at the hospital, from Albany to Atlanta. This being said, I put 4k miles on this vehicle. One day I was heading to work on the interstate when my car started shaking and white smoke started bellowing from under the hood. Before this, my car had no lights on the dash indicating any issues then it literally blew up and shut off on the highway. My car was towed to the nearest shop where I was told there was a coolant leak and hopefully we could replace the piece and fix it. The problem went deeper, it had damaged the head gaskets. The shop told me I better take it back to the dealer because this issue had been going on before I ever had it. The plastic piece had a hairline crack (hence the coolant smell at the lot) and it had finally busted. I was told by the shop the part that broke had so much “gunk” in it, there is no way this car was serviced as stated... Full story on youtube. I am begging you not to fall victim to this crooked, conniving business. Not only am I out $35k, but a vehicle, time off work, tow bills, now attorney fees, and my sanity... Full story on youtube. After reading many reviews on multiple websites, I am not the only one that has been a victim. Please do not be one of them! More

With all dealerships, their main goal was to sell the car. Meaning, customer service "sometimes" goes out the door. Not saying they were rude, not saying they weren't helpful, but there was a rush / urge car. Meaning, customer service "sometimes" goes out the door. Not saying they were rude, not saying they weren't helpful, but there was a rush / urgency to make sure the deal is done, more than making sure you were acceptable of the vehicle. But, a nice deal was done, they help with the financing. We assisted by the sales rep,...and the boss. That was interesting. They gave a nice deal for the trade in, which I was super happy about. The finance guy, he was extremely helpful. Gave a nice deal based off the parameters that I presented. All in all, I just needed a new car, as the car I traded in was the first car I ever purchased. The new car I purchased now was more fitting, more space, hopefully not a gas guzzler. So, I have a car, and after a month, we will see. More
