After the service, we didn’t receive a call to pick up the car. I had to call to find out that the vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, it wasn’t washed or vaccinated and was returned in its original dirty condition. Overall, the lack of communication and attention to detail was very frustrating.

The Truck we purchased, a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado LT,
appeared to be in perfect condition. Drove like a dream, looked fantastic and we were extremely happy with it. After a short period of driving, we

I called James Woods Service Center and spoke with Gavynn Norris. He immediately asked me to bring he truck in so they could look at it. They found the Pinion Seal leaking and made the appropriate repairs. Truck is now preforming as it should with no leaks. I was most impressed by the quick and thorough action taken by the by the service group, especially Cavynn Norris,
