Gary was born in Davenport,Iowa and currently resides in Moline,IL.with his wonderful wife,Dana.Gary has 2 great children,a daughter Lynn and son Craig.Gary graduated from Scott Community College in 1981 with a degree in Automotive Repair and has been in the automotive business ever since.Gary started with Zimmerman Honda in 1993 as their Service Manager and in 1995 was promoted to his current position as Parts and Service Director. I had been a loyal customer of this dealership, but no longer. I had service performed on my vehicle. They recommended the work, but the work did not fix the problem. I had to pay for a part that did n longer. I had service performed on my vehicle. They recommended the work, but the work did not fix the problem. I had to pay for a part that did not resolve the issue. Did not notify me of the issue before the work was initiated. Instead, waited until the part was installed, basically leaving me no options. Management was very unapologetic and uncooperative. Will never purchase or get a vehicle serviced there ever again. More
