Best dealership I have experienced working with. I bought a used Chevy Colorado from them back in December 2025 and got caught in a snowstorm on my, what should have been, 4hr drive there. Tia Crawf I bought a used Chevy Colorado from them back in December 2025 and got caught in a snowstorm on my, what should have been, 4hr drive there. Tia Crawford and finance director Jeff Dolan stayed hours late past closing time to accommodate my late arrival. They made the sale quick and painless and then loaded me up with snacks for the drive home. I did have a few issues come up on the truck, one of which ended up being a bit pricey. Tia called as a curtesy check around the same time to see if I was happy with the purchase, I told her the issues I was having and she spoke with her sales manager Paul Penrose who quickly reached out to me and offered to help pay part of the expense. I have not had many good experiences with car dealerships in the past. The service at Zimmerman Honda however has been exceptional, extremely polite and professional staff who go beyond to provide great customer service and make you feel comfortable. Thank you Tia, Jeff, & Paul. Would gladly do business again here when looking for another vehicle and recommend to anyone in the market. More
