In desperate need of a host of issues concerning my vehicle to include an oil change, new battery, and a coolant flush to name a few, I utilized the dealer rater website to find the best option for a c vehicle to include an oil change, new battery, and a coolant flush to name a few, I utilized the dealer rater website to find the best option for a car service. I was directed to the Jones Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealership which turned out to be a wise decision for multiple reasons. To name a few, let’s begin with the customer service this dealership displayed. I set the appointment a week early and received a courtesy email a day before reminding me of my appointment with the option of canceling. Who needs a daily organizer when you have that kind of service? Next, when I arrived I was instantly greeted by an assistant, escorted to a service representative, and seated in the waiting area in minutes. I was there for a host of issues for my vehicle that I neglected so I knew the cost would be great and the wait long. However, I was offered a shuttle or a loaner vehicle but I chose to wait, and the wait turned out great. Hey, can’t complain on a Saturday when the customer waiting area has free freshly popped popcorn, fresh coffee, roasted hot dogs, clean restrooms, and television? Not to mention no car salesmen there hunting for sales prospects. Just a few hours later; to my surprise with the time on the amount of issues I had, Mr. Gary Millay a service representative told me my car was done. I had my estimates already in mind as he explained my charges on the receipt, and to my surprise my estimates where spot on until he started loading the discounts on. I ended up saving over a 100$; and to finish my visit, Mr. Gary the service representative even escorted me to the car where he proceeded to open my door, open the hood, and show me what was done. Now who needs Jiffy Lube with that kind of efficiency and quality of service? I recommend any in the area to check this dealership out, or any other “certified dealer” that the dealer rater website has listed in your area. More

I went in for an oil change and also for a coolent leak. I was met as soon as I walked in and was turned over to Mr. Gary Millay. My vehicle was taken in right away to be looked at. After a short period of time Mr. Millay took me back to meet Mr. Rick Steinoff the tech. who was going to be the one working on my vehicle. He showed me the problem, it was my water pump. We talked about another possible issue of concern with my coolent system which I decided to have taken care of while I was there. These two gentlemen made my visit very enjoyabe. I will be taking my vehicle back to Mr. Millay and Mr. Steinoff for future service. More

It is always nice to deal with Jones. Not only is Gary so helpful and not pushy with the service recommendations, they offer a loaner car, give my baby a bath, do my nails and feed me. I was surely sad to see them lose GMC but even so feel comfortable with knowing they are doing the best services on my vehicle. More

Service advisor was friendly and courteous. Quality was downgraded because the technician did not reset the maintainance reminder on the dash display. I thought the service was excellent. Gary was very helpful and returned my car as quick as possible. My only negative comment is that most of my bill was for labor. After moving to the Conowingo area, I took my vehicle to the local Dodge dealership for service. After a few service visits it became obvious that the service manager, Gary Millay, was a great manager and the local Dodge dealership for service. After a few service visits it became obvious that the service manager, Gary Millay, was a great manager and also a very caring person. When the dealership in Conowingo closed down it took me a while to find Gary. We found him at Jones Dodge Jeep. Our first visit to Jones let us know that was where we wanted to go for service. It was very impressive, great facility and wonderful personnel. I am a handicapped individual and therefor I need someone to understand my special needs. Gary has been exemplary in meeting my needs. I have had all my service work done at Jones since Gary has worked there. Gary is very knowledgeable of Dodge products and programs. His knowledge of Jones product line and service system is unmatched in the service manager dept. Mileage wise, Jones is farther away than other dealers, but the work performed in your service dept. and the excellant work by Gary have convinced me of the value of dealing with Jones is outstanding, therefor I have become a Jones customer. More

I went to the dealership today to get an oil change and I went to the dealership today to get an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Millay ask if I would like to purchase Jone's for a Lifetime warranty I went to the dealership today to get an oil change and tire rotation. Mr. Millay ask if I would like to purchase Jone's for a Lifetime warranty. I said yes, I did not know this was possible since my prior dealership went out of business as soon as I purchased the vehicle. Mr. Millay explained to me the values of having Jone's for a Lifetime Warranty. My wife gave me 2 coupons to use for the oil change and tire rotation. By purchasing the warranty I only had to pay for the tire rotation. The oil changes alone will pay for the warranty. I highly recommend Jone's Dodge and all of the staff who took care of my needs, especially Mr. Gary Millay. More
