His personality is an attribute to the company and he should be recognized as a knowledgeable and understanding asset for this dealership. Mr. Millay gives easily understandable explanations of the type of repair or parts needed and there are no surprises when we arrive to pick up our vehicle. He has always been friendly, courteous and professional in our dealings with him. I have even seen him remain calm and unflustered in the face of derogatory remarks being voiced very loudly to him by a disgruntled customer in front of other customers, even though the misunderstanding was on the part of the customer through no fault of Gary's. We brought our 2006 GMC Yukon XL in for significant service work a day before leaving on a trip to NYC. My SVU is still running "as smooth as butter" and after 11 years I still get an oil change for $9.99. I got the repairs so that I could passed the vehicle down in my family. I have dealt with Gary for over two years and he is always pleasant and willing to assist in any way. I have small children at home and its not always convenient to arrange transporation to drop off m always pleasant and willing to assist in any way. Jones has always been accommodating by either picking up my vehichle from home or giving me a loaner car. That speaks volumes for their "complete" customer service! I trust Gary's recommendations for when maintenance is needed or when we can hold off until next time and never feel "pushed" into doing anything I don't want to do. Gary works with you to ensure your vehichle receives the best service and you enjoy a pleasant experience. I haven't been disappointed yet! P.S.
