Truly incompetent and unresponsive. I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect I was told to bring my car in for a scheduled appointment and then was told i would have to wait for 6 weeks. What did your service department expect me to do for 6 weeks? Why would they have me tow my car in if they couldn’t look at it? And because I towed it to buddy’s, it was a whole ordeal to get it towed somewhere else, which was not covered by my AAA membership. Truly awful experience. I will make sure everyone avoids them. More

Car was in service no update was given. Had vehicle towed home due to lack of communication and battery was dead with windows down and that is not how car was received.
