They first had to order the part which is understandable, however for 2 weeks I was driving without know how much gas I had in the vehicle. After waiting 2 weeks, the part still didn't come in, and I was told that I would receive a call once it does. No one ever called me and it took them 3 weeks to repair with no rental car or vehicle to ride in while my vehicle was being repaired. Each day I had to take an Uber or Lyft to work which cost me more money. I went to check on my vehicle, and I was told that someone had lost my keys. It took another week for them to find them. I also had a recall on my vehicle of which they didn't fix. My breaks are still locking up when I drive it. I was definitely sold a lemon.
