Yesterday I was assisted by Joel Dilillo and Gary Doucette. It was a pleasure doing business with them. At no point in the process of purchasing my new Camry did I feel pressured or rushed. I felt a Doucette. It was a pleasure doing business with them. At no point in the process of purchasing my new Camry did I feel pressured or rushed. I felt as though if I took 6 hours or all day to decide on a vehicle/ deal that they would gladly be assisting me the whole time. The service was simply excellent! I honestly do not think I could have asked for any better service than the service I received. They seemed to be very concerned about my needs and wants when it came to purchasing the vehicle and really cared about my satisfaction. They made sure I understood everything and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the vehicle I chose and the decision I was making. I feel like if I need anything or have any questions they would be right there to assist me however they can. Before I left Gary showed me the workings of the vehicle and made sure that I was comfortable before I left the lot. The service overall was outstanding and I would recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

Gary Doucette was our sales man who allowed us to test drive 2 vehicles. He was extremely knowledgable about both cars. He was helpful,patient,polite and treated us with great respect. On taking delivery of my vehicle Gary was extremely helpful making sure that everything was done properly and that we understood everything we should know and if we needed anything he would be there for us. Joel Dilillo was our finance man who was so wonderful in handeling the whole process of financing and getting us the lowest possible finance rate that he could. It was so relaxing and helped us understand every step and also we were so happy with the final monthly payment. Joel was so personable and friendly but very thorough. I went into Rt.44 Toyota looking for a good priced car that was a standard...which isnt easy to find. Gary immediately showed me a 2010 scion tc rs6.0 and i was very pleased in the performance and handlin that was a standard...which isnt easy to find. Sent several dealers a e-mail stating we were shopping for a used FJ. Gary at RT 44 was the first to contact us. He let us know they had one. Several minutes later he called back to tell us not to make th for a used FJ. Gary at RT 44 was the first to contact us. He let us know they had one. Several minutes later he called back to tell us not to make the trip as the manager had taken it home. Most dealers would have let us drive up there and try to sell us something else. Half hour trip. We ended up going Monday night. He called to see if we were coming, which we were almost there. When we pulled up it was waiting out front. Unfortunatley, it had no rack. Deal breaker. He checked and said he would have one installed. After some negotiation we struck a deal. Very painless. In about an hour they had it detailed and ready to drive home. Brought it back up Friday, they installed the rack and redetailed it and alighned it. Awesome Job. Joel was also very helpful with the finance end of it. More

I cannot thank these two gentlemen enough for all their hard work and their sincere professionalism. Mr. Doucette was kind, knowledgeable, non-judgmental and genuinely compassionate. He spent a lot of time with us, gave us options when we thought we had none, and was patient with our questions and concerns. We never felt pressured or hurried. We liked him immediately and found that because of his approachable and kind demeanor, we trusted him. We were unable to buy a brand new Corolla, so we bought a used 2010. Gary listened to the things we were concerned about and when we took delivery,the car looked like and ran like a brand new one! Mr. Lanczycki did the finance part. I know he worked very hard to get us our financing and we truly appreciate everything he did. It was a so nice of him to come out to the parking lot to congratulate us when we picked up the car. We bought a new Yaris at Route 44 in 2008. Our experience was good then, and that is why we came back to Route 44 Toyota when we decided to upgrade to a Corolla. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you Route 44 for everything. I love the Corolla! :-) and my Calendar! More
