Went in for a bad starter needing exchanged. But before they could check starter, mechanic said they couldn't check starter until bad battery was replaced. So I put new battery in and tok back t But before they could check starter, mechanic said they couldn't check starter until bad battery was replaced. So I put new battery in and tok back to buttons for starter again and they charged again for diagnostic. I have a bumper to bumper warranty. But got charged twice. $195.00 for battery diagnostic and $100 for warranty deductible. More

The work on my vehicle was completed in an expeditious manner. Garrett Stryker was pleasant to work with and I found him to be very professional. He kept me appraised as to the progress of the repairs. I was leaving for FL with my boat in tow when I discovered the electric power to the trailer lights was not working. The problem was with the vehicle plug. They had me on the way in a couple of hours and I was able to make my Motel reservation for the night. More

Vehicle not in 'shop' until later from the appointment time of 9:45 AM. Service advisor said the shop would get to it when they could but it wouldn't be at 9:45. Shop had the car all day long (until 4:59) time of 9:45 AM. Service advisor said the shop would get to it when they could but it wouldn't be at 9:45. Shop had the car all day long (until 4:59) to diagnose it with something (auto stop fuse) that took less than 30 minutes to replace. We live out of town so having our Jeep all day long with no 'loaner' cars available leaves you stuck at the dealership all day long. Also was ask by 'salespeople ' while in the waiting room numerous times about new vehicles. Response was same each time 'No, I just want our vehicle fixed'. We have been customers of Button since the 'downtown ' years but to much has changed and we will be looking elsewhere for our next vehicle..... More
