Sales man failed to put my Bronze star to transfer to new vehicle. Sales man gave me a wrong set of keys and then came out that there was no extra key to my new 2025 Tahoe. I had to come To dealership thr vehicle. Sales man gave me a wrong set of keys and then came out that there was no extra key to my new 2025 Tahoe. I had to come To dealership three different times to fix the issue. Finally resolved. New key ordered and programmed on third attempt. I live 78 miles from dealership . Ridiculous dealership. Issue sent up to Texas DMV on how dealership handles their registrations. More
