I never got the feeling that he was trying to “sell” m from start to finish. Frank, my sales consultant, was gracious, professional and very chill. I never got the feeling that he was trying to “sell” me on a particular car. He listened to me and helped me find what I was looking for. He and the sales manager, Marcus, went out of their way to accommodate me. For example, driving to their dealership in the city to bring me a car that had the upgraded 2026 sound system, so that I could listen and compare it to the 2025 version. When it came to agreeing to the price and finalizing the deal, it was very easy and actually a pleasant experience. I love my new GLI and I loved working with all the folks at City! I’ll definitely be back! More
