We called about a Nissan Versa we had seen online. I spoke with Frank Cordova a Sales Consultant. Frank gave us the details about the car and said it had not arrived at the dealership yet. The next day Frank called and said the car was delivered and we went to the dealership where we met Frank in person. Frank was very nice as he showed us the car. We were very interested in moving forward to purchase the car. Frank was very efficient as he guided us through the process of financing a portion of the total cost. Through Frank we met the Finance Manager Paige Nicolao. Paige informed us of all of our options in a way that was easy to follow. She was very nice and efficient. Paige guided us through the process of signing all of the documents needed to purchase this car. Frank and Paige were very courteous with my wife realizing she is disabled and made her comfortable throughout this process. I can say that Frank and Paige are exceptional, and it made for a great experience. Thank you, Jim & Cathy More

He made the experience fun and inviting; and, significantly, it was always "how can it be done", which I greatly appreciated. While I was working with Frank, I was also promptly once again welcomed back to the dealership by Joe, who not only remembered our discussions the last time I got my vehicle there, he made sure his team was firing on all cylinders and reaffirmed I would again be in good hands. It was clear he was very proud of Frank and his whole team, and that he had trained them well. Rounding out the day was an excellent experience with Paige in finance. She was equally as masterful in her work, and explained everything clearly and with enthusiasm. She was also extremely welcoming to my two daughters who said they missed her when we left. We were only there a couple of hours; it was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We came back this time because of our previous positive experience -- but this experience set an even higher bar for us. I simply couldn't recommend this team higher! More
