Steven, my sales rep, was super helpful and patient, never pushy, just focused on getting me what I needed. And Paige in finance really stood out—she took the time to walk me through all the options, explained things clearly, and helped me understand why things like GAP coverage and the extended warranty actually make sense, especially with how much driving I do around Maryland.
