No words to describe how disappointed I am did a credit check for identity I have a license didn't really explain the whole detail and it was a hard pull are you kidding me or hard pressed let me tell you check for identity I have a license didn't really explain the whole detail and it was a hard pull are you kidding me or hard pressed let me tell you is for getting credit and a loan what and are you telling me a soft pull is what you were supposed to do because you ruined my credit oh I've been trying to call all day but no one returns my phone call but sure you'll take my money but nobody cares when you pull your credit and it goes down do they for your identity are you kidding me this is unacceptable and not expected. Yeah yeah I talked about it but then I really realized what was really going on and I'm like this can't be and then I'm finding out you do hard xxxxxxfor everybody and then all your sales associates don't even know the difference between the two come on now let's educate people so they know the difference because there's a big difference between the two and you say oh it just goes down a few it shouldn't even go down at all or you kidding me I work hard for my credit score that is appalling I should have realized it then to walk away but now I'm stuck with a car and I am so upset about this I'm at tears when I'm right in this I could somebody do this please let me return this I don't have many miles on it it just sitting there because I don't even want to drive it anymore cuz I'm so appalled by all this misled information More

Remarkable Dealership ! Younger Nissan gets 5 stars. I saw my car online, spoke and texted Frank Cordova salesman multiple times. Frank was helpful and easy to work with. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I bought it completely online and by text (very convenient) and Frank delivered it to me personally.
