Because you had the vehicle in your possession, it was difficult for me to track down the last five of the van. This caused a delay in getting any kind of service update. The reason I call for a service update is so I could nudge my fleet department. If there was something needing to be approved so we could continue with the service. The attitude I received on the phone was somewhat harsh And in my opinion on warranted given, I was trying everything within my means to provide the information needed to get any kind of update on my vehicle. It’s called customer care for a reason and there could’ve definitely been more Care and consideration given at the time of my call. More
