Started the paperwork process at 6:30pm, was told it would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS would be a little while longer. Was told 40 minutes at 7:45pm. Asked again at 9:15pm. Finally got to the paperwork completed at 10:15PM!!! TWO HOURS AFTER THE DEALERSHIP CLOSED!!!! Management needs to get their poop in a group and either hire more people to efficiency process people or reschedule meetings. Ridiculous. Staff wasn't even surprised, stated it was a normal event. Terrible. More

I got into an unfortunate situation where I was forced to buy a car because mine was breaking down and I have a kid so I can’t be car-less. I called and got in same day. They made a stressful event for me go buy a car because mine was breaking down and I have a kid so I can’t be car-less. I called and got in same day. They made a stressful event for me go very smoothly. Then when I couldn’t take my car home that day due to them needing to patch a tire, they gave me a loaner car to take home as it was my sons birthday and we’d already been there for a while and my ride had left. I would go back to get my next car! More
