Dario Salinas was extremely helpful and communicative. He kept me up to date on everything so that I could resolve what I needed promptly. He for me get 5 stars. However, I was highly disappointed with the service dept. My vehicle's windshield was smashed by a huge tree limb and there was glass all over the inside of my dashboard, seats, console, everything. When Dario called me to say that my vehicle was ready, I was in disbelief when I got in and saw glass and plastic chards everywhere. This is extremely unacceptable that they did not vacuum up the glass and debris. I have never seen that in any service before. My service provider is in Toyota Weston, and I have not ever had that sloppiness before. I am very irate and would not recommend service in Toyota of Hollywood. More
