Unfortunately, I couldn’t even enjoy the excitement of owning my first new car. Their only goal was making a sale, with no concern for my actual needs. The staff at the Toyota dealership didn’t even have proper knowledge about Toyota cars. Every question I asked was met with excuses like “I’ll be back in 3 minutes,” but they wouldn’t return for 40 minutes. I ended up waiting nearly 20 hours over two days. Because of the untrained and unprofessional staff, I left completely devastated. Toyota again? Never. Passing by this dealership again? Never ever. More
