I had excellent service from all persons contacted from the General M Competitor in Surprise, AZ. Significant differences in the two dealerships. I had excellent service from all persons contacted from the General Manager who took the time to great me; to my salesperson Kiara, who was outstanding in her service and follow-through. From Finance to Service Department, I was thoroughly satisfied. Special shout-out to Al Bustamante in Service Dept., who I have dealt with concerning past leased Hondas. He has in great part obtained my allegiance to Honda vehicles and their upkeep. I am a completely satisfied customer with Germain Honda. Very well-run and organized operation. More

We have been with Germain as our service provider for many years and always been satisfied with the service. This is our first time buying a vehicle and it was a smooth experience. Jacob was a dream to w many years and always been satisfied with the service. This is our first time buying a vehicle and it was a smooth experience. Jacob was a dream to work with and very knowledgeable. We would like to say a HUGE thankyou to Alfredo Bustamante, who has taken such great care of our needs over the years. Because Al has worked with us so long, we asked him for suggestions for our next SUV. Al gave us great insight into the different vehicles which we took with us to work with Jacob. We only had a brief encounter with Montana, but knew right away that she is a gem on the Germain team. More
