I had an amazing experience at Hollywood Kia from start to finish! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. They took the time to finish! The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle. They took the time to listen to everything I was looking for, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. More

**Updated Review (2 Stars)** After my original review, it became necessary to involve Morgan Auto Group's corporate leadership. Hollywood Kia ultimately honored the original agreement, which is why I a it became necessary to involve Morgan Auto Group's corporate leadership. Hollywood Kia ultimately honored the original agreement, which is why I am updating my rating from **1 star to 2 stars**. That said, I cannot rate the experience any higher. The dealership simply did what should have been done from the beginning. The unnecessary stress, wasted time, and lack of respect we experienced should never happen to any customer. As NO customer should have to escalate a straightforward transaction to the corporate level just to have an agreed-upon deal honored. I hope this serves as an opportunity for improvement. I came back to Hollywood Kia (a MORGAN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP DEALERSHIP) because I trusted them. The lease on the vehicle I was turning in had also been done at this dealership, with my mom and stepfather as co-signers. On top of that, my stepfather had purchased several vehicles here over the years and had always been treated professionally and fairly. Because of that trust, we came back without thinking twice. Unfortunately, it's a decision we now regret. From the very beginning, we made one thing absolutely clear: we would only move forward if the deal was a true **Sign & Drive** with **$0 down, $0 due at signing, and no upfront costs**. If that wasn't possible, we would simply thank them for their time and leave. That was never an issue. Instead, we spent more than five hours at the dealership. We looked at several vehicles, negotiated the numbers, and even transferred the insurance because we believed the deal had already been finalized. Then, when we got to the Finance Department, everything changed. The monthly payment went from the agreed **$540** to **$549**, and suddenly the first payment and other upfront charges appeared—things that had never been part of the agreement. What bothered me the most wasn't even the money. It was that when we questioned the changes, both the salesperson and the manager denied what had been agreed to from the very beginning. It felt like our time and our trust meant nothing. I have no problem if a deal doesn't work out. What I do have a problem with is a lack of transparency. If they had simply told us from the start that a true Sign & Drive wasn't possible, we would have thanked them and left after five minutes. After this experience, it's very difficult for me to recommend Hollywood Kia to anyone. More
