Brought my new truck in to fix the uconnect problem. Never fixed it. Recently brought my truck in for an oil change, recall, and tire rotation. They spilled oil all over my engine. After tire rotation I felt a vibration from the rear. Turns out only 1 lug nut was tightened on right rear wheel. They have lost my trust. The service advisor did his job great. Kept me informed and even got me a free rental. It’s the techs in the back that do a poor job. More
