I had a overall great experience at this dealership. I originally bought my car at a different dealership, but since have moved so this is now closest to me. I came in because my heat was broken, and I originally bought my car at a different dealership, but since have moved so this is now closest to me. I came in because my heat was broken, and brought it in without an appointment on a busy day. They couldn't service it that day - so they immediately got back to me on the following Monday with a loaner and the parts that were covered by warranty. Definitely will bring my car back here for future needs! More

Worst service department I have ever been to. Took my car for an hour and a half and could not find the problem. They told me not to worry because my car has roadside assistance and if it break Took my car for an hour and a half and could not find the problem. Eric my service adviser could not have cared less what was wrong with the car and was put out that I asked questions related to how they arrived at their findings. GO ANYWHERE BUT CASTLE HYUNDAI!
