I bought a 2024 4Runner with 12500 miles. I had it delivered to me halfway. Had multiple major defects. They did try to make a few things right. Your dealership is the reason people hate buying used cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine bel cars, and if I was the general manager or owner of your dealership I’d fire every manager. You sent me home with 14 year old tires and serpentine belts that were so worn they were jumping off the pulleys. Your title clerk is incompetent she had to fix the title work 3 times.
