AC stopped working-refrigerant recharged My Canyon's AC which is under warranty had stopped functioning due to a refrigerant leak. System had been recharged approx. a year prior. I trust them with all of our GMC vehicles. In fact, my family has purchased eight GMC vehicles from Mike Shaw due primarily to Eric and Anthony and the Service Department. Prior to 1996, a local Chevy dealer did our vehicle maintenance. However, the Chevy service advisors were dishonest and were constantly trying to sell vehicle services that weren't needed. Eric and Anthony and the Mike Shaw Service Department including the Parts Department are very honest and knowledgable. I have since always recommended Mike Shaw Service and Parts Departments to my associates. Eric and Anthony always make sure I get in and out as quickly as possible with estimates that are affordable and do whatever they can to save us money in the service department. Cliff and Ezra, the techs that usually work on our vehicles (we have 4 now), always get the job done right the first time without delays. Our vehicles are kept clean and are usually washed upon exiting service (weather permitting) which makes us feel like we have been well taken care of beyond the service we received on our vehicles. They always make sure we are satisfied and take our concerns seriously. Thank you Eric, Anthony, Cliff and Ezra for your outstanding customer service, you are why we keep coming back to Mike Shaw! The basic reason for my visit was to do a safety inspection on air bags, which was pending. I also got a service which as due. The wait time was surprisingly short. I expected to be there for at least and hour. I was surprised that I only had to wait a few minutes. I was also was surprised to find my auto washed and vacuumed out. Eric represents you in an outstanding manner: confident, knowledgeable, can do attitude, willing to explain things most customers do not understand. I was---on this visit---completely satisfied.
