Took 45 minutes to drop my car off and 45 minutes to pick it up. I was there at 7am when they open, but the service representative wasn’t. That contributed to the long drop off time. Maybe other dealers are the same, but I felt the cost of my repair was excessive. My car had additional issues that I don’t recall having the very same day I picked it up. Another thing that was disappointing was the condition of my car when I got it back. I brought it in clean as can be and when I picked it up after seven days, it was filthy. I don’t feel they respected my car. Unfortunately, this was the closest dealer to me due to transportation back home. I wasn’t happy with their service when it was Crest Chevrolet and the quality hasn’t changed. Unless I’m forced to, I don’t wish to return. More

I been going to this dealer for about 2 years for my services. This last time they had a problem opening the hood of my car. I never open the hood and the last time it was open was when they did my oil services. This last time they had a problem opening the hood of my car. I never open the hood and the last time it was open was when they did my oil change. They didn’t take responsibility and the manager was beyond rude about it. Telling me it could be “since my car was a 2021 with 94,000 miles” that it was old! And would be charged $700 to fix. Made me wait for hours to simply tell me they are not responsible nor would try to open it since “I didn’t let them know the minute I got the car my hood wasn’t opening”. I didn't think I need to check if an oil change is done correctly or inspect my entire car if they broke something after a service. Need to really train your management team. I will be driving to a different dealer although it’s a bit farther but I will not take that rudeness. More

Dealership was an ok experience although I could not afford the repair that my vehicle needed. Communication was not like I expected because I had to call for updates.
