I took my car in to get the water pump replaced. They first scheduled me and didn’t even check if the water pump was in stock, it wasn’t & I’m the one who had to call the parts department to find that ou first scheduled me and didn’t even check if the water pump was in stock, it wasn’t & I’m the one who had to call the parts department to find that out. They tried to schedule me without having the part in stock or checking to see. Once I checked that it wasn’t in stock, I ordered it myself. They quoted me $540 and then once I dropped the car off, texted me to tell me it was going to be $1100 because they wanted to replace the thermostat, which I just replaced a couple months ago, along with a bunch of other add ons that I did not need. I’m female & I know they tried to take advantage of me. More
