Best car buying experience hands down! From my initial call to the dealership to driving my new ride off the lot, the whole experience was a pleasure every step of the way! When I arrived at Preston Kia in Burton, Oh, I was greeted by a VERY friendly staff and immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. I was working with Brian B, one of the salesmen and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! I arrived not knowing whether or not I would be able to get financing due to some challenges I was dealing with in my credit. I was soon introduced to Ed, the dealership GM who got right on it and ultimately got me a shockingly great deal on financing! Within minutes I was shown a beautiful 2016 Kia Forte that was pristine, had low miles and a great price tag! Everyone went out of their way to get me into a car that would be perfect for me and in my budget! Tony the finance guy was great too and again, made me feel so comfortable and confident in my experience of buying a car. If I could give Preston Superstore 10 stars I would! I so appreciate how genuine and down to earth the staff was and have already recommended them to my sister who is looking to purchase a car soon! More

Awesome First off the purchase of my pre owned certified Kia Sportage was simpler than this web site. My experience was simple and the guys involved First off the purchase of my pre owned certified Kia Sportage was simpler than this web site. My experience was simple and the guys involved were all excellent. My sales guy Brian Boswell. The finance guy was Ed Smith. the Business office guy was Tony Dardis. I am a 63 year old skeptical old curmudgeon... Ok My experience took two weeks. My "BEATER" was on its last leg, literally. I stopped in and met Brian... He is no xxxxxxxxx guy that gets things done, period. We test drove two vehicles and I told him of my limited credit and the net no worth of my trade in. I met Ed Smith and when I left I knew the type of vehicle I wanted, that it should be certified pre owned and Ed Smith ran preliminary numbers for me and I knew the price range i could afford and what that meant in terms of vehicle age and miles... We had the start of a deal. I told Brian my down payment money would not be available for about a month. Two weeks later I called him to touch base and say I would stop in so they could find a vehicle for me. He NEVER called or harassed me, Never I stopped in that night with much of the ground work laid and I walked out with a beautiful car that exceeded my expectations. I had ZERO expectations of cutting a deal that night... but we did. Brian showed me two SUVs that night... the first was out of my range... the second was a 2 year old sportage with 25,000 miles... I drove that car home that night and no longer worried about breaking down in my beloved Beater... My credit and income had a hiccup that night and Ed Smith advised me... HE worked it thru like a pit bull... always trying to make a deal and get me a new car. He is outstanding. At the end I met Tony Dardis. Because Brian and Ed did such a great job I had some money to play with on my monthly payment... Tony talked to me and sold me, a 63 year old crusty old man, an extended warranty plan that covers everything but wear and tear for ten years or 100,000 miles above where I am ( 25,000). My beater days are over.... If you want more... go in and talk to the salesmen and see how many of them used to work at bedford and mentor kia... enough said Four free oil changes... check my tire alignment each visit... I am a happy old man More
