They found the issue with my defender after going to two other Land Rover dealers. It was a faulty differential that I noticed around 5000 miles and I currently have over 40 K miles other Land Rover dealers. The dealership was very accommodating greeting me inside before my appointment. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy and quick to get service work done on my car without a presche before my appointment. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very easy and quick to get service work done on my car without a prescheduled appointment. The wait time was very short while the service technician worked on my car and also provided me a video recording of the inspection process. Great place to have your car serviced. More

I’ve visited this dealership many times for service and have generally had great experiences. However, this visit was a bit below the standard I’ve come to expect. After dropping off my vehicle, I had a ve have generally had great experiences. However, this visit was a bit below the standard I’ve come to expect. After dropping off my vehicle, I had a very difficult time getting in touch with anyone for updates. I was informed that several things weren’t working — including my interior lights, exterior lights, and horn — but all of them were actually working just fine. I also had some general questions about the recommended repairs, but again, it was hard to get in contact with someone who could provide clear answers. Despite this, I want to be fair — I’ve had multiple good experiences at this location in the past, so I won’t let this one visit overshadow all the others. More
