i had multiple issues with my new car since day 1. i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to the devil. scammers & will try to charge you for everything even when you have warranty/extended warranty. th i wouldn’t recommend this dealership to the devil. scammers & will try to charge you for everything even when you have warranty/extended warranty. they claimed my warranty ran out when my warranty is 100K miles. they couldn’t resolve my issues & tried to charge me for other problems i didn’t even mention. they gave me back my car with a new broken piece at the bottom, & a huge scratch that wasn’t there before i turned my car in. also the interest on the car is so high that i still owe $30K on a car that’s only worth $13K. putting me in an upside down situation. warranty dept & finance dept are no help. they do not care about their consumers, only the money they can take from you. they had the opportunity to do right by me but denied all accountability, responsibility & help. juan is a great employee, so is Bryan, Madison & Kaleb. but this is a horrible company. i wouldn’t recommend Big Star Hyundai to my enemies. i absolutely hate this company. they are for sure the absolute worst dealership i’ve ever dealt with. More

My wife had searched online for the vehicle we were looking for and also went through the process of looking up a term for a lease. We were contacted same day by a salesperson who confirmed they still looking for and also went through the process of looking up a term for a lease. We were contacted same day by a salesperson who confirmed they still had the car on the lot. We ended up making a trip to Friendswood, which is about 30 minutes for us and was greeted by the sales manager, who said that our salesperson was bringing the car out for us to look at, didn't love the Pearl white color so they brought out a moonlight cloud one for us. Since we had done the term on the Internet, they had the outline of the deal worked up already, but since it was a different car there was some haggling before we settled on a price. Finance guy was great very clear on all of our options. Overall, we had a great experience Thank you, Alex Jones. More
