The only dealership I've felt comfortable walking in to. Walking into a dealership always makes me feel uncomfortable because I'm a college student and I would doubt anyone would take me seriously. Despite my age and looks of not being a serious buyer, the entire staff treated me with as much respect as they would any adult looking for a car. Dureen Olson was exceptionally professional with me but also made me feel comfortable and at ease being in the dealership. What took me by surprise was how she was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for. She was able to understand my needs in a car and my financial situation and find the perfect fit. She thoroughly explained the entire process, gave me all of my options and really helped me to figure out what was best for me. She always made sure we were on the right page and always asked if I had any questions or if I needed her to repeat something one more time. New 2015 GMC Yukon Denali Dureen followed up on trying to find me a new 2015 Denali. When one became available due to another customer backing out on their deal, she encourage Dureen followed up on trying to find me a new 2015 Denali. When one became available due to another customer backing out on their deal, she encouraged me to come look at it with no obligation. She stayed late on a Friday evening so my wife and I could stop by and take a look. Low pressure, honest input and we made a deal before we left that evening. She's since followed up on added accessories and made herself available for delivery and a very thorough demonstration of the features on the car. She's been very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. Debbie was very friendly in reviewing my financing papers and had them all ready to go when I arrived. The process was quick and she informed me of options available, several of which I added to my purchase. My overall experience was great and I will continue to service my vehicle at Coulter as I had with my previous GMC. More
